I can attest to this, having worked in a Whole Foods type store, this is so accurate. It wasn’t a bad experience but like some of the customers were so entitled. This one lady came in to an aisle I was stocking and had a question about some canned root beer that didn’t taste the same. Apparently they changed their formula and she was wondering if we had any of the old cans in back. I tried to explain to her that we got rid of all of our old stock but she got frustrated with me. I offered to check with a manger to see if we had any and they just told her the same thing. Most customers were very kind and patient but this lady was just not having it.
Are there the moms fighting over who has the "nutritional high-ground" in those stores?
