★Rules★
-The weapon selected must be used against the next boss unless a Re-roll is used.
-Traps may be used to help grind but are not permitted during boss fights.
-A maximum of 5 Re-Rolls are available throughout the whole run
-All bosses must be defeated.
-If no more re-rolls are left and the player is unable to beat the boss, the run is over.

I started one after watching your last vid, currently on the frost moon stage with an Amarok (oh God lol). So far my luck has been pretty good, the highlights have been I had to use a Lights Bane against Skeletron.

I would REALLY love seeing another run of this. Seeing someone use weapons no one usually uses to manage to defeat bosses by pushing the weapons to their limits is really fun.

I’ve had too many times where I forgot to use cosmolight before that battle. At least the profaned core can be made into infinite use (and who wouldn’t craft it into that)

You should do this again with random armor and accessories too
that would be literally impossible, later in the game movement accesiories are basically required. think about doing WoF without running boots or double jump, or duke fishron without wings.

@@youpviver6773 Crabbar completed two playthroughs with extremely restrictive movement, No WASD, and Minecart only; which means it *is* possible without movement accessories, just very difficult. I'd be more worried about getting no combat or defensive accessories.
@@devoniandirk nope, without movement accessories moon lord w/ bananarang would b impossible. But if u use mounts then maybe like the car key and unless it’s calamity vanilla accessories for combat barely change performance

This was the first series I watched on this channel and its still my favorite
I think duke fishron and empress are the most like modded bosses to me, they’ve just got those unique mechanics that make it feel like theyre modded
The grenade launcher is so fun to use with golem. You can literally rain explosions while hanging out on the side and it is just SO FUN
When fighting golem, it doesn't matter how good the weapon is, but how fun it is to use.

If you see it says cultist 17/18 if you pressed next it will say 18/18 moonlord so the same weapon you get for pillars you kill with it all the pillars you cant roll again for every pillar i think thats why

I loved watching this series! If you do this again (and I totally think you should), I'd say go ahead and just remove the basic metal/wood shortswords/broadswords. They're just difficult, but the kind of difficulty they bring isn't interesting. Maybe you think that's not in the spirit of the challenge, but they're just really boring to watch. Also ditch the actually useless weapons like the umbrella and breathing reed. Those ones I think are basically a no-brainer to remove. Maybe leave in like one of the wooden swords as a "if I get really unlucky at least it will be funny" option.

Using the psycho knife against duke fishron is like using a blood butcherer against the wall of flesh
the turtle armor now has a 25% dr set bonus, so the chlorophyte helmet was probably not optimal, so glad you did the true melee though
This brings up the meaning of 'going banana' quiet too literally. I mean of course, how a dude with banana with a boomerang physics can defeat the closest thing we had about Cthulhu?
