- So this recipe is iconic, classic, and the best basic brownie recipe EVER. It’s thick, fudgey and so so easy to make! 😍❤️ Honestly, I know so many of my followers rave about this recipe all of the time so I hope you guys love it too! 🙌

■ 200g dark chocolate
■ 200g unsalted butter
■ 4 medium eggs
■ 275g caster sugar
■ 100g plain flour
■ 50g cocoa powder
■ 100g white chocolate chunks/chips
■ 100g milk chocolate chunks/chips

What temperature do you have oven at for brownies please 😊
Hi….i’ve been making these brownies for YEARS and love them! But I always end up with quite a high edge, making them uneven when I want to stack them. I’m now not sure if I have the right size tin. My tin is 9 x 9 if I measure the tin right way up. But if I measure it upside down, it’s 8 x 8. Should it measure 9 x 9 when turned upside down? Thanks
Hey! Ahh yes, some tins are angled so it's actually a bit smaller than you think. It may be best to find some straight edged sides so it's more consistent! x
