  • At the turn of the second millennium A.D., the established world order began to crack at the seams. At the beginning of the third of October, 1990 there was a merger of the two Germanies - the GDR became a part of the FRG. The world correctly regarded it as a defeat of the USSR in the Cold War. And exactly 21 years later there was an event that finally put an end to the old world order. On that day, two F-35B fighter-bombers, piloted by pilots from the 242nd Fighter Attack Squadron of the U.S. Marine Corps Aviation, which is stationed in Japan at Iwakuni Air Base, landed and then took off from the Japanese helicopter carrier Izumo, thus turning it into an aircraft carrier. So, the 75-year post-World War II era is over.

Build more carriers for the Japanese. Build them in the US, if necessary.

This might sound like war mongering, but the US needs Japan to ramp up militarily as quickly as possible. Like to see them push their military spending above their current 2 % of GDP. We need them to quickly restablish themselves militarily as the US needs a strong military power as a counter to China. If China makes a move on Taiwan in 2027, it would be great to have Japan in the South China Sea with us defending Taiwan!!

You completly didn't talk about Australia. The U.S. and Japan hasn't forgotten about Australia.China hasn't forgotten about Australia either when the U.S. and Japan is going to help Australia build a nuclear submarine base and help Australia to understand nuclear power sub, and ships.

It's really not needed, Nato and America alone has so many bases and nuclear launch spots in the pacific. Nato partners should be focusing on complementing countries close to whatever front they would be fighting on. Europe for example is doing really well with this. Germany supplying the tanks while poland building up a massive infantry.

The US has 11 Carriers... The most recent, Gerald R ford, dwarfs the Chinese carriers, displacing 112,000 tons fully loaded... But even the 10 other Nimitz class carriers are at ~100,000 tons... Excluding any escort and support vessels, theyd have a hard time beating them even once they have all 4 up and running.

Did Japanese need to stop jerking around and build at least two full-size carriers, and not to worry if they are nuclear.
That would put a bee in the Bonnet of the other three.

If everyone can successfully defend themselves vs. attackers maybe the world would quiet down some... Peace maintained through strength... until everyone grows wise enough to be more concerned about helping their neighbors. Into plowshares turn their sword, netions will learn war no more. I can dream...

Kr will not join if you or US understand the kr,kp & CN historical relationship. kr will and has participated in drills but such stops there. If kr enters a military conflict with cn, kp will attack it from the north. kr will then use that as an excuse to withdraw.

This channel doesn't do thier homework before they release a video. They are making huge mistakes. hint hint. Australia is in a perfect spot to cut off most of China's oil. If China attacks Tiwan. Australia has the South and Japan has the North Tiwan has the middle and America most likely have two battle groups in the area.

Well, considering the carbon footprint of war ~and all it takes to win one, steel, construction, transportation, etc, etc . . . It's no wonder we're having to switch to E-vehicles and all the other green whatnots. So, If you're gonna complain about no more hotrods -or even Corollas ~then you oughta be anti war
