Warlord Epic Napoleonic British Infantry

- Hi all ,
i have these finished , Warlord Epic British Infantry for the Waterloo battle . Figures are plastic approximately 13mm . The colours (flags ) are warlord , bases are Warlord the tufts made by me . Painted in AK and Vallejo acrylic and varnished with Winsor and Newton Gallaria .
Going up on ebay this weekend unless someone wants them my email is in the about channel page .

Didn't know the arrangement of the colours marra - very interesting! Very smart looking bunch of lads - for guardsmen 😉🤣🤣

Going back 50 + years I used a half size an of Heinz Beans, cut it down the seam, top to bottom .
Drew the outline of the flag with a scribe. Bent the tin around a length of 1/16” welding rod.
Filed the rough edges and soldered it to the rod using Bakers Fluid. Scrubbed it clean with a tooth brush and Fairy Liquid to prevent corrosion .
Painted it with “bare metal primer”. Painted the Colours by hand. When satisfied soldered it to my 25mm figure, 8 ensigns for 4 battalions and that finished off Halkets Brigade circa 1815. I’m not saying the painting was good but I was chuffed with the Colours.
It sounds like it took you as long to make the colours as it did to paint the brigade Leon , all the best . Regards Gav.

Like the epic infantry and artillery, but warlord games horses are ugly
Thanks Stephen i think their cavalry is the weekest point in the sets and they could be improved but the infantry and artillery look the part once you move away from the red or blue plastic and get some paint on . Regards Gav.
