383 T56 Caprice 8th mile test and tune

96 #caprice with a T56 and #383 stroker and 3.73 gears. My 60ft times are terrible due to wheel spin if I try anything over 1000rpm on street tires in the 8th mile. #watch
It has more in it if I put better tires on it.
