Test and tune fail with Black Betty

Black Betty aka Bad Betty strikes again. She's the reason for the channel name and loves to give us trouble. She is a #383 T56 car with 3.73 gears, Gen 1 tri-ys, cc503 cam, #Lloyd Elliott LE2 heads, with Flowmaster mufflers and an x pipe.
Tim tried to leave at idle and it almost stalled,. then he got wheel hop on the first run. On the second run it stalled twice and then he short shifted out if frustration so we have yet to get a good run out of Betty. #fail
