For anyone else who wants the steps to the meditation. It's longer than I thought it would be, I'm sure someone could make it more instructional lol I just transcribed almost exactly what Quazi said in the video:
Prep:
1. Do this just before falling asleep, and try to drift off to sleep as you finish the meditation
2. Pick a problem you have. An obstacle you can’t seem to overcome, or something weighing your mind down
Meditation:
1. Sit Quietly and take a deep breath
2. Now in your mind I want you to visualize the number three three times
3. Now visualize the number two three times
4. Feel yourself falling deeper and deeper into an alpha state of mind
5. Visualize the number one three times
6. When you visualize the number one for the third time you’re going to be in a very low frequency state of mind
7. Your brainwaves are going to slow down to the alpha state
8. One, One… One
9. You are now in the alpha brainwave state
10. Tilt your eyes and look upwards until you feel a slight pressure in your forehead
11. Just slightly, no straining
12. The pressure you feel in the middle of your forehead is your third eye
13. Keep your eyes there
14. Now as you keep your eyes there, visualize the problem that you thought about
15. Create a vivid scene of the problem, and make it rich and colorful
16. Something that you've been stuck with, imagine what it feels like to be stuck in that problem
17. Imagine how much it sucks to stay stuck in that problem, how terrible it is to stay stuck in that problem
18. Make the scene as vivid and realistic as you can, as all encompassing and visual as you can
19. Now imagine there’s a ball of energy in your heart that contains the problem than you’ve just visualized
20. In three seconds you're going to send that ball up to your higher self
21. Imagine just shooting it up in any way you can
22. Just shoot that ball up into space, just above you
23. Imagine it's received by your higher self, you're surrendering it to God
24. In three seconds you're going to Exhale and shoot the ball up into space
25. Three… Two…. One
26. the problem has now been sent to your higher self and you have nothing to worry about
27. Now as you keep your eyes on your third eye and you feel the pressure, I want you to visualize what the solution to the problem could look like and feel like
28. What life looks like and feels like after the problem has been solved
29. Imagine rejoicing that your problem has been solved
30. imagine celebrating that the problem has finally been solved, something you've been stuck with for a very long time
31. What does that feel like?
32. Make the scene more and more colorful ,more and more Vivid
33. Touch different things in that scene and imagine you're feeling them
34. Imagine The Sounds, imagine the smells, imagine the tastes
35. Immerse all your senses into it and fully see the color
36. Make the picture larger and larger
37. Feel the celebration and the rejoice in your heart
38. it’s been solved
39. Everything that you've ever wanted has been achieved
40. Now in three seconds I want you to send this ball of energy
41. up to your higher self again just like you did with the problem
42. Three… Two… One
43. As you exhale send that ball of light
44. From your heart to your higher self
45. the problem has now been taken care of

I love your channel. I am 78yrs and I want to say that I find that this stage in my life is amazing. I am pushing towards my 3rd eye opening. I am more in my spiritual self than I have ever been. I have recently retired from my 40 year teaching career/passion and at a crossroads of my life. I tried this exercise last night, and I couldnt be more excited to jumpstart my life. Im a SAHM of 3, and Im just so stagnant on how to help them financially. I dont know where to start. A good way to get familiar with the local 3rd eye (it's connected with the Divine White Living Light which sees but isn't limited to the bandwidth of human eyes) is to stare at the hot point of a candle flame about 1 or two feet away the close the eyes and se the afterglow that forms between the eye brows. Notice when the physical eyes focus on it it starts fading away but when the "3rd eye focuses on it it remains. Stare at the candle at least 3 minutes or more. The longer the longer it seems to last.

Wow, thank you for sharing. I had to struggle to think of a problem to visualise, so I’m already in a pretty good place. However, this had a profound effect… I awoke from an incredibly vivid and insightful dream within about four hours of the meditation to an intense electrical storm lighting up my bedroom, with the dream clearly showing me a major misunderstanding/emotional blockage I didn’t realise I had for the past 35 years. No question this will change my life for the better.

Watch out for your intents self gain intents have repercussions. For every action has an equal and opposite reaction. With light comes dark, so guard your self and always carry the thought that you and your watchers are always protecting you. Always go into these meditations with love and good intentions.

I've studied the Jose Silva method. I've bought his books and have been thinking about joining the 28-day program of the Mind Control challenge. Thank you so much for this it's quite encouraging. I fell asleep to Silva meditation nightly for the past couple of weeks. I am certainly trying this.
I also bought the Silva methods years ago. Could never get anything from it, maybe my fault, I’m not accusing anyone. I’ll certainly try this as it is more understandable, simpler to execute and less time consuming. Hopefully I’ll be able to open my third eye to become more intuitive and attune to the wavelengths of my flow. And thanks to Quazi for the free content. Very much appreciated!

Thank you for the share, i have been combining visualisation and affirmations with serving souls around me for few years now. Its a daily practise and it does work i did your meditation and when i did it i infused that natural elements, earth, wind, water, fire, for me i infused fire as the ball of energy as i have a affinity with fire, when i releases the second ball of energy i visualised a warm embrace of a hug from the challenge to the solution, my currency of enegery exchange is a hug so this was more vivid for me.
To compound areas of abundance you seek introduce seva (act of selfless service) to souls around us in this journey of life.
You do need to take positive action in duality with affirmations and visualisation daily, the results will literally transform your life and the lives with those around you.

I didn’t know your stuff when I did this. I was born with very poor eyesight. When I was 40 I wanted to pass my driving test. So I made a list (the process). So I had to get my eyes fixed at moor field eye hospital London. Then start lessons, then pass my test. It took me 3 years and 6 tests! My mother told me I would never pass and I did! I love your videos. Well done on getting what you want and sharing with us.

Now ( it’s usually very expensive cds )they have been around for decades They used mri s to see monks. That had been meditating for years and then got new people to. Med. mri to get close to that. I like them. I’m going to use. Hemi sync. While doing this. This weekend.

I know you probably won't even see this comment but I would love if you would make a separate video with that meditation on its own I really enjoyed the meditation but because it's just a practice run there's a lot of talking and stuff before and after the meditation so it's hard to fall asleep to it and do it as a real meditation and not as a practice run because the talking afterwards like messes up the trance kind of I thought about trying to just do it on my own but then I don't have the music and you talking through it It was a really great meditation I would love a video of just the meditation on its own with no talking after to fall asleep to. You're really great at that!
