CHALLENGE 1. Scrap Wood, Sprocket Vase, Plant Pot.

Welcome to Adi's Little Shedshop, or welcome back, on todays video I am exploring the possibilities of scrap wood. I recently bought a beautiful piece of pine from my local Wickes store and I made the Dinosaur Puzzle out of it for my niece, from another video, you should check it out its very cool.
Anyways I bought this piece of pine expecting to get to it sooner but unfortunately family health issues had left me unable to for approximately 6 weeks, when I finally did pick it up it was all warped so I started cutting it into more manageable and hopefully usable pieces.
So here is the challenge, I want to be able to use as much of this wood as is possible and not just waste it because most of it was warped to unusableness, so for this I thought best to use my beautiful trusty scroll saw.
For the First Challenge I am making this almost zero waste Sprocket Vase or plant pot, how ever you wish to look at this and I really like the way it turned out.

Thankyou for watching Adi's Little Shedshop, I'm glad I could help inspire you to try. This is possible to do by hand but it would take an absolutely ridiculous amount of time and to be fair a decent scrollsaw these days is actually fairly cheap. My one isn't but my first one was and they are so easy to get to grips with. Keep watching for more in this series of scrap wood challenges.
