Absolutely, cleaning a well loved grill will take a little extra elbow grease :)

My Prestige Pro 825 is so beautiful I spend as much time detailing it as I do cooking on it. Had it for 8 months now, I cook on it 2-3 times a week.

what is best brush for napolean xt grill? I have kona bristle free and grill art bristle free. I dont want to void my warranty should i buy a brush with bristles for the inside and the grates

      Hi there,
I am not familiar with the kona bristle free brush, however for stainless steel cooking grids, any brush will do. My personal favorite is a wooden scrapper, which is also bristle free. For cast iron cooking grids a wooden scrapper works well, or a brass bristle brush only. Any other bristle will damage the enamel coating on the cast iron. I hope this helps!

Nice video, though not very realistic. To be more realistic, you should clean a grill that is actually dirty from use and not a brand new one.

exactly: P hope you don't need to drill holes in a brand new grill

Thanks Napoleon for being unable to design a real life usable grill! “ The control panel text is printed directly on the stainless steel and with proper maintenance will remain dark and legible. To clean the panel, use only warm soapy water”. For sure this will work out to clean the grill. Never heard about laser engraving?

For what it’s worth I’ve had my Rogue 425 for a few years and the control panel looks like new. And other than covering it overnight and regular cleaning, it’s been a very solid grill, used several times a week.

My P450 is having its 15th birthday this summer, the lettering is as dark and legible as new, almost totally undamaged after years of deliberate use. Just by not cleaning it to death, as they warn in the manual. Start by not allowing it to get filthy in the first place, perhaps?

Not really understanding....people put their grills away for the winter??? Sorry, but if you have to put your grill away for the winter then you clearly aren't much of a griller, and you are probably also not worthy of such a beautiful grill. LMAO
I do agree that giving a demo on a showroom grill is pointless. If you wish to demo cleaning a grill aren't you and your customers better served to see someone clean a grill that needs to be cleaned?

It gets kinda cold in some places, a lot harder to get the grill to temp and keep it there when it's below 0 and snowing out.
