These are very similar to the View Talay condos, except the balcony is much smaller. All the View Talays are well maintained with easy parking, huge swimming pools and large surrounding grounds!

Smart business owner. His market are people wanting financeâŠmeaning prices will be higherâŠbut for long term buyers could be a benefit. You donât âreallyâ own your purchase until all payments are made at which time transfer of title occurs. Upgrading later option will cost you as thereâll be NO deal on next higher priced one. Interest rate is never mentionedâŠshould be 0% to sweeten deal and if your a buyer get longest term possible. For me to do a deal Iâd find a unit Iâd be happy long term in, at my price, no interest financing, no more than 20% deposit down, 5-7 term. Be prepared to walk if offer not accepted đ

Congratulations on 5K subscribers! With over 300 condos ranging in price from $29.7 U.S. to $445k U.S. he should have something that will appeal to most people. Being able to make a down payment and make payments helps also. Do you know about how much the interest rate is? Also does he have any near Jomtien? Keep up the great work.
Around the 15 minute mark, purchase on terms listed, you will pay 16K Baht per month to live there. Then you said monthly rental income could be 12 - 13K Baht? Already a losing proposition before you even come to terms! Keep up the great work Jason, won't stop watching your channel.

You need to check the white balance of your camera settings .. it has unnecessary warmer tone .. Please check the WB / White balance settings and set temperature auto or just set Auto WB / White balance

Congratulations on the 5k Jason! Interesting side comment on the portable Wi-Fi router you use: sounds like a great idea to avoid being connected to your premises giving you the flexibility to take your connection anywhere if you decide to move. What's the download/upload speed like?

Thanks for your great videos. It is nice to see you mention the maintenance costs, which other people do not seem to mention at all. I have never been to Thailand unfortunately, so I do not know what additional charges there may be. Are there extra fees for rubbish removal? Over here in the land down under we have to pay a yearly fee to the council for rubbish removal, and yearly council property rates.
Property is getting ridiculously expensive here in Australia so I am looking at options to live elsewhere. So far I have got Romania, Philippines, Thailand, & Kenya on my list. Fortunately quite a few countries speak English as a second language these days.

Old building, but 2.2 mil is a bargain. Before buying, I would try to rent for a month to see how much noise there is. When these buildings get old, pipes and other infrastructure start failing, which can lead to massive increase in maintenance fees of a big one-time assessment.

We did buy condos at the other side of the road (closer to the beach), those condos rent out much easier.
I think you missed with the management fee, I think 7000 is for the second condo.
If I would buy a condo over there, I would buy one that is not renovated. Pay less, do your own renovation and you live in a condo that you really like. You can purchase really cheap ones over there.
And yes, the security is at high alert over there

Yeah wifi in Thailand is now so outdated! 5G is everywhere and faster than even the mall wifi that comes included with your mobile plan. I had unlimited 5G unlimited calls to any network for 800 baht per month with True. It's prepaid so a monthly plan would be probably cheaper. But very few countries give unlimited 5G

@Good Vibes Pattaya That was a tourist sim and the normal price is 999 baht, but for some reason, we got 3 for 799 each, I am unsure if it can be renewed after 30 days or have to buy another tourist sim??
