@Hound1972 the retirement visa though an agent takes 3 weeks roughly
My wife lives in a place very similar to the second one but without aircon in Phra Khanong in Bangkok. I spent the whole COVID time living in it. Only about 3.8k a month, but no rental agreement. it's not a great lifestyle, but it's bearable.
The big place would make a good hostel for bar girls.

I had a gf who lived there. Management corrupt. An Austrian guy who owned 2 condos there was at war with management to maintain the place. She paid 4k baht per month

Hi Jason and Manu, really food for thought. I have a friend who is seriously thinking of doing "flips" .....I've just shared this one and have recommended she watch your previous renovation vids. Thing is though, even if you do a really good spec Reno, given the building itself there must be a ceiling on what you could likely get for it. Were they foreign or company name do you know? The big one is what I'm looking for on paper.......hmmm. Thanks for braving the heat and making great videos.

Find an Aussie (possible pensioner) who rents or purchased similar type property and how he lives off the pension. I.e. budget life style etc and what he does to keep himself occupied! 👍

Good to see that they're cracking on with the pool renovation! 😂 it's almost empty already 😂in only a year or so. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the owners aren't maintaining the site at all. Although you could just use it as a lock and leave stuff there base for South east Asia.
lol 😂 if they don’t do anything for another year the water will have evaporated and kids will use it as a skate park. Apparently there is a change in management so it will be interesting to see if anything changes 👍

Cheers guys... What kind of areas are these condos in are they safe.. I would be definitely looking at something like this the problem with a lot of expats that they have nothing to do this would be way of cooking down future rental costs also something to do I'm not sure about paying 40,000 pounds for the larger one but it would be good for communal with a few guys wanted to chip together
