Retired kiwi living in Chanthaburi. Watch and enjoy all your videos. Looking for a condo, saw the 250sm royal residence one. Loved it but the body Corp was a killer ! Will keep watching as also enjoy videos of cars and scooters etc.

I'd do a few changes like putting in a underbench oven.
I don't blame you for been a bit distracted by the girl lounging by the pool ask her to be your house maid for free.
The other location I liked was in Egypt the hotel on the River Nile.

Thanks for showing this. Can you do a video, if you have not done one already, talking about what is involved in buying a property in Thailand. In Australia for instance, you also need to pay stamp duty, which is a bit or a rort really, as well as pay around $1500-$600 for a conveyancer. Of course, some people say you may as well rent in Thailand since it is comparitively cheap, but it's good to keep my options open, & there seem to be a lot of decent condos at reasonable prices for buying too.

Hi Trent, yeah I will try to incorporate these questions in a video, I do know that there is no stamp duty but you pay a transfer fee which I’m most cases is split 50/50 with the seller and it’s not a lot of money and a lawyer who handles the contract etc.

Majority of units are rentals family + kids running around the complex pissing in pool DON’T BUY TROUBLE WITH YOUR MONEY BEST RENT NOT BUY🙏

Hey Geeze, another great video. In a recent video of yours, you covered a Condo with a poolside balcony, do these come up for rent very often and if so, are they more expensive? In addition do they have a problem with wildlife, like snakes etc?
