Benny Greb's solos and drumming are so melodic ! His Tom bass 😩 sounds so great. @Benny Greb teach us how you tune it, I have tried a lot of time but I do not reach this sound.
tuning isn’t static. to get the ‘same sound’ in a variety of different rooms, you can’t actually tune the same :) and often the tuning which cuts through and sits right with the band, is different than how we think it should sound when we play solo.

Grebs a phenomenal drummer, but his sound would be improved a lot if he just stopped angling his drums away from him. He always mishits his high tom rim non stop and it sounds unclean and annoying like a mistake. He also stuffs but his snare a bit for the same reason with unintentional semi rim shots. Just stop trying to look 'cool' and symetrical/flat and slightly angle your drums towards you FFS!
