From the footage and additional information, a viewer can learn the consequences of bad driving and can educate his/her self with better driving safety. This process also gives the videos a great educational value. It is my desire to add my own unique and creative value in a transformative way to ensure you enjoy and learn from the videos being presented.

Victor had every chance in the world to react by never getting that close to the Subaru in the first place. Two aggressive drivers that deserve ridiculously high insurance rates.

Both are at fault. Victor could have easily kept a safe distance, but the Subaru driver is definitely worse. I'd personally say 1/3rd Victor's fault and 2/3rds Subaru drivers fault. Hope he's got good insurance, as the only mechanics that can fix Teslas are Tesla's own mechanics. Parts aren't available for independent shops. I'm sure the Tesla driver's got good insurance with full coverage since it was brand new and likely financed.
Victor should have backed off though. Smart drivers wouldn't have gotten in that accident.
I agree. The other guy clearly had his signal on way before Victor tried to change lanes. He should have waited for him. And on top of that, even after he changed lanes and was brake checked the first time, you can actually see that Victor sped up a little bit and stayed right on the guy's tail so when he brake checked the second time of course he's going to hit him.

Victor at 1:30 is largely to blame here. The Subaru was ahead of him and wanted to get to the left lane and he had every right to do so, so I don't know why victor thought he deserved to be ahead of him. Also Victor tail gated him and was being incredibly aggressive, which is why he didn't have time to brake. Yes the Subaru shouldn't have brake checked him, but victor was being a complete **** head. Disappointing.
What's the usual expected positive outcome of brake checking someone, seems more like a maneuver likely to escalate situations? I agree with your analysis re:Victor aggressive driving.
If I was on a jury for that law suite I wouldn't give Victor a dime. They were both A-holes but Victor started it.

Sorry but at 1:26 Victor could clearly see right at 1:39 the car in front of him put on his left turn signal letting Victor know they were going to move over to the left. Victor ignored the driver and sped up in an attempt to go past. Victor should have waited for the driver to move over but instead he hits the gas and almost causes an accident. I really hope Victor did show all of this to his insurance company as they would have found him at fault lol.
The Subaru slammed on the brakes multiple times when they were at a close distance causing the crash
that turn signal should have meant the Subaru was only going into the right lane, not into the left lane. the Subaru should not have swerved all the way over with Victor, then again Victor probably shouldnt have swerved to the left lane either, but thats a whole other can of worms
Also victor kept following close when the other driver already had tried to break check him... Once he got break checked the first time she should've backed off
From the videos I have watched Tesla owners seem to think they own the road and want paid on every incident. A Tysons truck had a wrench slide off one day going down the highway it hit my window and when I called about it they said nothing could be done it was a road hazard but Tesla owners would expect a couple grand. One time a kid threw a rock out of a playground it was just a little pebble but it shattered my windshield after watching these videos I imagine a Tesla driver stroking out over it.

He should, take accountability, if a cop was there both drivers could have received a ticket for reckless driving for that aggressive move. They did not need to "gun it" and jump to the left lane. smh
I don't know that victor meant to stay so close, at least most of the time. Victor moved over, then the guy pulled in front of him. Victor doesn't back off, where he could've probably, but when the brake checking came (mind you, I'm fairly certain in most places brake checking is illegal), so legally the wreck was probably caused by the guy in front. Victor could've probably handled it better though for sure, and could possibly be cited for careless driving

The tesla driver is a jackass. When someone in front of you is already going to pass, you can't pass them before they move out. I bet his lawyer's gonna edit the video so that you only see the brake check, but I hope the judge will know better and will require the entire clip and will throw it out because it's driver's own fault.

In spite of Victors douchie driving the brake check caused the contact. As a driver it is your responsibility to do whatever is necessary to avoid accidents. Not teach lessons to tailgaters. They would both likely be ticketed for aggressive driving but the brake checker's insurance would pay for damages.

Víctor must have several accidents and citations. Passing as he did prior to merging after tailgating is NOT SAFE. That was quite a dangerous move that I’m sure he has done before. Impatient and irrational!!!

I see no sympathy for "Victor" in the comments section... maybe that should be a hint to him and his insurance company as to how a jury is going to feel about his incompetent and aggressive driving if he actually files a lawsuit.
Brake checking is illegal. First a jury will not see the slower vehicle cutting off the faster one as correct. Only weirdos think that is ok. Left lanes are for passing and the guy purposely cut over and purposely drove slow in the left lane. Brake checking is the fault of the car doing the brake checking, normally you cannot prove it, but with video, the illegal brake checking is clear as day.

After the silly cut off was done, the driver made a completely separate decision to slam the brakes knowing it would cause an accident. You weirdos are against basic laws. The Subaru already had its turn signal on, he's already riding the Subaru's ass on the on-ramp. and the Subaru had already started to move to that lane when Victor decided to go around him. then continues to ride his ass the entire time. Once the Subaru driver hit the brakes the first time Victor had the opportunity to back way the hell off instead he continued to push closer and closer. He is not going to win this or at the best it's going to be a 50/50.

At 1:29 Victor’s cam records his rather dangerous, rude and quite unsafe move of not waiting for the vehicle ahead to safely merge by attempting to pass the car ahead on the merging lane. DO NOT DO THAT!!! The result is a ticked off driver that reacted, badly for sure, but Victor, are u always that impatient?
No. Victor is not at fault. The Subaru driver was too late to open the signal. So victor didn’t knew it until he steered..
Also, yes the Subaru was at innocence until it started break checking, after that it was clear that the Subaru was at fault
The "meteorite" was most likely just a stone shot off the rear tires of one of the trucks ahead.
These can fly several hundred yards, which I've seen many times.

You can clearly see that the Subaru had its signal on, then Victor decided to tailgate the Subaru. Victor got what was coming to him. Glad there is evidence of his agressive driving.

Victor is not at fault. Victor did not intentionally want to hit him, it takes a lot longer than 2 seconds to let your vehicle slow down, you should never apply your brakes on a highspeed motorway unless it's completely necessary. That Subaru should have sped up like he was supposed to after getting into the passing lane. But instead, he brake-checks victor which is extremely dangerous, no matter the speed you're going.
@@ProJC victor should have NEVER followed that closely to the Subaru. The Subaru clearly indicated he wanted to change lanes as evidenced by the video. Victor was the aggressive driver.
Also.. i use to work for the Ontario Provincial Police... if this video was presented to me, Victor would be at fault.

@@5252085 You probably were fired. The subaru did indicate, but only to change into one lane. Road rules, after switching lanes, you should keep your indicator on for 3 seconds before switching off. Both victor and the subaru wanted to enter the passing lane, but the subaru didn't speed up after entering the passing lane, unlike victor who wanted to speed up. Which as you can see is the reason victor followed so closely. But like I said in my previous comments, the subaru driver chose a more dangerous route. There was no immediate danger in front of the subaru, that was clearly a brake check. Victor did nothing wrong. You can call them both aggressive drivers, but the subaru is at fault.

@@aaronbritt2025 And it's generally a really bad idea to "overtake" a slower car on an onramp (if there is any alternative). That's almost like asking for a crash.
Basically: Slower guy monitors his mirrors, sees it's free, changes lanes and whoop some idiot decided to show of his horsepowers and is suddenly next to you. My car doesn't have that much power and very few people don't seem to like that. So this happened to me several times now. Haven't crashed, yet, but there were a couple of close calls. Especially funny when the onramp is ending and someone from behind you on the onramp basically blocks you from entering the highway by overtaking. The dashcam guy is an angressively driving idiot, he's done 3 such mistakes in a couple of seconds, that's no coincidence. And instead of braking he even seems to accelerate to show the other driver that he should move out of the way. Asking for trouble.
Def the dashcam drivers fault. Suburu had more right since he was first out and used signal. Sure unnecessary to break check but yet again victors fault for staying to close. Would say 90% tesla fault 10% suburu
@@Wifyish The percentages would need to be decided by a court. Not sure if there is anything but 100% and 50% vs. 50%, though. If the Subaru didn't brake check there wouldn't have been an accident. So it's his fault as well.

Both did completely wrong stuff that eventually caused the accident. I don't even care about the percentages, I just hope that both of them get "some time off" (i.e. get the driver's license pulled) for a couple of months to think about their stupid decisions and never do it again. This time it just was a crash, next time it could be someone dead.

WTF is that ? Dunno about the US regulation but in my country, Victor is clearly responsible for the collision. First he crosses 2 lanes in a row, a situation that can be dangerous. And second, he’s clearly too close to the Subaru. One must be in control of speed and distance at all time, so when a collision like this one happens, even if the driver angrily braked, Victor is responsible for not respecting the minimum distance between him and the Subaru.

@@texastriguy That's what I thought immediately after seeing this. Not even two seconds after the impact and she gets out of the vehicle. She was really lucky this wasn't a head-on collision.
I think you can bet what the cause of the accident was.. no seat belt, on her phone, whilst at a junction, paying no attention to the road.. she was able to get out the car way to quickly with phone in hand, probably showing something to the driver.. what a twat.. I see people actually driving on t here phones at junctions and roundabouts very often over here.

Teslas slow down pretty drastically when you let off the accelerator, like many electric cars.
Victor is an asshole. His mindset is that folks in front of him have less of a right to accelerate past slower vehicles in front who were being patient. Giving Tesla drivers a bad name. And he want to sue? He better lose that case if he follows through! He rear ended the other driver! Should have kept his distance. Hoping his 400 miles in his Tesla were his last Tesla miles driven.
@@jarmis777 Exactly, he accelerated to pass and tried to change lanes long after the car in front of him had turned on their signals and announced their intention to do exactly the same. Victor is a dickhead. The other driver is something of a dickhead too though, for brake checking. If that had been me I would have passed the other car extra slowly or something, but if you brake check another car for no reason I am pretty sure you bear at least part of the blame in this accident.

I was driving down a freeway, and a truck tire and rim were bouncing down the road towards me. It was bouncing 30-40' feet in the air. It was so high, I couldn't see it, and it did glance my car. It disappeared after it hit my car. I dont think it was from space.
yeah based on the area it is coming from it looks like it is from the car on the right if it were to be a meteor in order to make it through earths atmosphere and come in at that angle it would have been going fast enough to create a visible fireball
Definitely not a meteor. Keep in mind if it had been it would have had to have survived reentry, meaning it would be hot, and even if it was going very slowly in space it would have accelerated to terminal velocity as it fell. A meteorite hitting your car would likely have totalled the car

Holy Crud!!! The cars running around the children at the bus nearly gives me a heart attack. Reminding me of a speeding out of nowhere near miss from when I drove a bus. They came out of nowhere, nearly running my stop arm, and I was honking and yelling at my kid crossing to save them, as I use my mirrors. Thanks for blocking traffic with the Tesla.☺️

@@LuizHartkopf It depends on the car and where you go. Some people charge 20 an hour and come to your home.. big dealers charge 200 an hour and 200x the parts cost than amazon or local part stores. Pepboys parts shops for example.

OK Last Clip. Rock from the Sky. I drive School Bus trips in Oregon, this has happened to me twice. No cars anywhere, but a rock through the windshield. My best logical guess is: A big bird (Eagle, Osprey, Hawk) had grabbed a small unsuspecting animal and gained flight. Of course, that small animal would have been grabbing anything on the ground to stay securely on the ground. Eventually the item is dropped "In Flight" as they try to defend themselves from their captor.
Just a thought since I didn't see any rock outcroppings where he was driving, and a rock from space would be traveling too fast for the camera to pick it up; it also would have penetrated the windshield. "Think Bullet". Just sayin`.

When a cop pulled up next to me and told me I was walking the wrong way, I confusingly asked how he knew where I was going. He thought I was being smart with him so he jumped out of his car and yelled at me before eventually realizing we were both misunderstanding each other. Thanks for making the world a better place officer. Silly me, walking
In that one with the old man with a walker being on the highway... just after the car passes him, at about 11:17, you can see what looks like at least the remnants of a sidewalk. Since it cuts off right after that, it's not clear how he could have gotten onto that "sidewalk", but when he runs out of it where the concrete barriers start, rather than turning around to go back, he apparently stepped off it and continued along the barely existent "shoulder" inside the yellow line.
I just wore my headphones with full blast for the satisfying intro but now my ears are gone for this one :")

A couple of months ago a Dodge ram super sized truck equivalent of a super duty F250 Ford was in front of me in the left lane.
HE made a left turn nice and slow and steady full of his TRUCKERS WILLPOWER.
Well on the other side of the street was a F250 with the same mentality and willpower and refused to stop.
They both ran head on and they both lost their entire front face and bumpers and I just laughed my ass off

Let's be honest, Victor does drive like an idiot and deserves the damage on his new car as it was all completely avoidable. It was his lead foot and complete lack of observation of the guy in front that got him into the situation.
I just don't see it that way, Subaru got offended and acted like a jerk for no reason. Lead foot doesn't apply merging into highway, and it looked like the Subaru already had a personal problem with the Tesla, they are totally trying to be a jerk, who the HELL brakes on the highway for nothing, TWICE?? On top of that, trying to brake check on the highway is extremely dangerous, they both could've gotten slammed due to Soobz' emotional instability
