Kings Island Roller Coasters RANKED by Night Rides

- Kings Island in Mason, Ohio is an excellent amusement park with several great roller coasters. However, it is the night rides on these roller coasters that are the best of them all. As a Halloween special, I am ranking every roller coaster at Kings Island based on the experience at night.

I may be bias (hence the profile pic), but The Beast has never failed to amaze me! Those night rides are the stuff of absolute legend! 🤘

For some reason, I think that if Diamondback had a theme song, I’d say it’d be Randy Orton’s theme song, “Voices”. It goes like this:

I was lucky enough to ride the Beast at night back when it had buzz bars and a lot less trim brakes. No other ride experience has even come close since then. But, I don't have that many coaster credits (60).

I think flying ace aerial chase should be a runner up to Great pumpkin coaster
Mystic timbers, was probably one of the most fun when I was there (we got to ride it at night) I was in the 2nd seat with a friend my 2 other friends in the front they made eye contact at the top and they knew what was about to happen, god I loved it.

That Was The First Roller Coaster I Ever Rode When I First Went To Kings Island.
The first half of the beast is good too, especially as a warm up for the second half. I made, made my wife and two younger daughters get a night ride on it last year. Damn double helix cracked my iPhone screen. Worth it! Stopped by on our way home from Dollywood/the smoky’s this month just to ride The Beast and mystic Timbers at night and watch fireworks.
That second half gets truly insane. The Beast is amazing.

Eltoro ryan did a great video on The Beast and made a "great point"! The Beast was built and designed in house byt the head of maintenance and construction workers with zero experience buiding roller coasters! All others were by professionals using computers and equations! They did have some written on napkins by John Allen! But basically its the "only" backyard roller coaster! It's like someone building a roller coaster for their kids! Only huge! Its a bullet train through the woods! I love the janky sound of the lift hill,smell of wood and oil! It is one of a kind! And at night with a full moon,,,"UNBEATABLE"!!!
It is a special ride. There is nothing like it, and it disregards things that many love about roller coasters. Despite this, it works and it's amazing.
@@ThemeParkAvenue It is also my home park,,live in Cincinnati so I have alot of memories and it has some sentimental value as well! I truly hope they "NEVER" tear it down

Got my 2 night rides for 2021 Haunt on Mystic Timbers and The Beast. So I can’t disagree. Daytime Mystic Timbers is miles better.

8:35 I’m gonna disagree with that. I rode it in August of this year while holding up the lap bar in the front row and the back row. The airtime was severely lacking. I thought this thing was very overrated and nowhere near top 5 in the park
That’s one of very few opinions where I really don’t understand it, but I respect that plenty of people say that.
@@ThemeParkAvenue to me, it feels like I’m alone on this one because everyone else says it has tons of ejector airtime and I got next to nothing
I'll bet riding the Beast on a Saturday Night hits different than a Sunday night!
