  • One of the biggest sellers in the north metro Atlanta real estate market in 2023 was new construction homes. The discounted interest rates, seller paid closing costs, and major incentives made them a hard deal to pass up. However, these huge discounts won't last for long with interest rates making their way back down, which will create more competition and increase home prices.

      Sadly, this isn't the peak...home prices are predicted to steadily grow over the next 5 years.

    We're moving to GA as soon as we sell our house which has been on the market for a few months now. I would LOVE to buy new construction as we did with our current house 24 yrs ago, but I'm having such a hard time finding what I'm looking for new or resale. Are theswe builders offering incentives to those looking to pay cash for a house?
