Thank you for the very informative video!! As someone who was considering buying a small piece of land to build a house on in Scottsdale, GA, for retirement in a few years, I found this very helpful! If I find a small tract of land in an area that is gentrifying, and undeveloped, overgrown, but is being sold in smaller tracts of 4,356 sqft, how would I go about finding out if the lot is buildable??
