Agree when refs favored boston in game 5 lost. When favored leafs in game 6 lost. So... In the rest of the series its been pretty even bad calls both ways but evened out. I like when they put the whistle away. Should only call egregious penalties. And ones that stop scoring chances.

What a great win by the Bruins to force Game 7 Tuesday night at TD GAHDEN! It couldn't have been any more bittersweet with the game 7 end to this amazing series. It was worth it to see Steve Dangle's reaction to game 6, especially when he claims that the penalty for tripping on Coyle was a good call... What a homer. He claims to be neutral and unbiased, but he has to be wearing beer goggles if he has not realized how many slew foots the Leafs have been throwing, their fanbase is literally blind to the point. They think Boston is the dirtiest team in the league.

They may need to actually call one of these slew foots in game 7.
Nordstrom high sticked Dermott because Dermott took his legs out from under him. The Leafs have been doing that all series and it's an extremely dangerous play.
If you want to tell me Nordstrom and Dermott both should have been penalized fine. You do have to be in control of your stick at all times. However the only reason Nordstrom's stick was up there is because Dermott took his legs out.

Shane Lawler Jack Edwards has had an awful year commentating. Bruins fans love him because he is beyond bias. Doc almost never screws up, which is why he is in the position he is in. Jack often struggles to get names out simultaneously with the play calls. Also Doc has the best goal call of all time. His voice blends incredibly with the loud playoff crowds and their pops. The reason Nesn loses in ratings to NBC in playoffs every year is because of the excellence of Mike Emrick. Period.

Johansson has had shit luck for the past year and a half. He’s not that soft, and the kind of toughness that’s required to stand in front of the net is not the same as that to throw big hits or fight. Just look at Loui Eriksson, he did great in front of the net but was definitely somewhat soft near the boards (and, again, he was really unlucky with Orpik’s borderline dirty hit and John Scott’s really dirty one).

SERIOUSLY TORONTO HAS TO LOOK AT THEIR DEFENSIVE CORE...IT STINKS..IF YOU SERIOUSLY WATCHED THE GAME REAL CLOSELY YOU CAN SEE THE PROBLEM OF GETTING THE PUCK OUT OF THEIR END. THE MARRIED PROBLEM IS THAT THE FORWARDS...MOST OF THE TIME...PLAY DEFENSE AND THEY HAVE HARDLY NO ONE TO HEAD MAN THE PUCK TO! IF TORONTO CAN SERIOUSLY GET A BETTER DEFENSIVE CORE I WOULD SAY THEY CAN BE CUP CONTENDERS! THEY CERTAINLY HAVE THE SPEED UP FRONT AND CAN GAIN POSSESSION IN THE OTHER END.

Coaches pull the goalie way to early nowadays.. 2 minute mark with out full possession? In a one goal game.. Came back to burn them.

#boycottprosports #occupysports ,While watching the Leafs Bruins series
It is most disappointing listening to the commentators shovel a
narrative to cover up such obvious unfair officiating. Fans think these
x-players and x-coaches commenting on the game are fans of the game such
as them but they are not; they are tightly controlled and scripted
salesmen, crudely pushing a narrative that tries to maintain the
illusion of fair play. The Leagues preferred teams (almost always U.S.
teams), are advanced by the means of thoroughly directed control of the
officials. Any Leafs fan should realize this, in '93, Gretzky's high
stick on Gilmore that Fraser obviously saw but didn't call. Yesterday
1st period in Game 6 the Leafs came out dominating and after the Reilly
goal the Refs had to respond. So with two weak calls against the Leafs,
they totally change the face of the game, the hold called on Ennis was
so blatantly bad there was no replay shown, even with a long wait for
glass repair. The call on Dermott was also weak but necessary as the
Leafs spirit was not sufficiently crushed by Bostons power play goal
against them. Meanwhile "Big Slowy", Chara, couldn't even be in the NHL
if he wasn't free to interfere every minute he plays. The players know
the score, there must be a word for the moment in the game when they
realize they will be called for even the slightest infraction and their
opponents will get away with every stick to the face. So the "goats"
have no choice but to back off and the" Golden Boys" sharpen their
swords and put the peddle to the metal, while those soulless empty suits
on the panel smile and lye to the camera to maintain the illusion of
    fair play.
