Leg Day Workout - 31st Jan 2024 - Masters of the Pump

  • First time back training legs, since I picked up a small quad tear on 23rd Decemebr. So after roughly 6 weeks of rest, I testing my leg with a workout of leg extensions and leg curl. My final set for leg extensions being on 215lb.
    Leg held out well, although it started to hurt on leg curl due to the pressure of the machine on my knee. So I ended after two sets of leg curl. But overall very happy, and at least I can now build up my confidence for squat! Hopefully within the month, I'll be back under the bar

    A Yo My Leg day was Today it was Cutting Grass A Big Yard Fucking hell legs are Shot! Lol 😂 But real Shit though I need too Do Legs more Often i Just stopped doing them because my bench broke and your Looking Swole Keep It Up Brother 🐺💪💪🍻

      Cheers me mon, and gardening is brutal! I always proper feel it when I gotta dig stuff up! And hope your poorly bench gets well soon, is it a simple fix or does it need replacing?

      @@HouseOfDevlin it can Be wielded it's the Leg part that Came Off Fucking Metal got rusted with the Fucking Rain But yeah it's a Simple Fix Sorta Lol and yes it is a Poorly bench I need to buy a Better one that will last Longer than that shit Fucking Walmart what do you expect.
