I had some trouble with my A7III. It worked perfectly at the Imaging Edge Desktop Remote Window, but neither in Discord or OBS or Zoom... etc. I solved it by reinstalling the Imaging Edge Webcam and the Imaging Edge Desktop Applications. Maybe this helps someone.

This video is specifically for Windows 10. I don’t own a Mac, but I’m sure the steps are similar. The issues/fixes are probably way different though, which I can’t attest to. Sorry!
