Hello friends!
This is a small tutorial showing you how I go about reading more complicated charts. It is easy to get overwhelmed when we have a big chart with lots of symbols, but I want all of you to be able to enjoy colorwork and feel like you can absolutely do it!

This is a life saver! Thank you!!
Thank you!! I’m glad it helped!
This is so inspirational, you might actually tempt me back to colourwork Fernanda 😆 I love seeing how knitters work, I find it so soothing, thank you for the company with my morning cup of tea, have a great day xx
Thank you Emma!! I think you should do some more colorwork, maybe with different yarn, because I know this was too itchy for you. I love watching other people knit and seeing how everyone does a bit different!!
Thank you for sharing your technique for color work purling. You made it look a lot simpler and easier than I expected it to be. 😊
Thank you so much! I’m so glad it is helpful
Thank you, this is very helpful :)
I’m so happy to hear it Ida!
Thank you for shedding light on what seems to be beyond what I’ll ever knit. Maybe it will be in my ability in a couple of years.💗
I’m so glad it was helpful Sarah! ❤️❤️
Thank you for that clear explanation and demonstration.. your work is gorgeous! Suzette
Thank you so much Suzette!!!
Thanks for this super detailed tutorial! I've been eyeing the Chestnut cardigan for so long and might finally bite the bullet. Did you consider steeking it? I've seen so many people do it with her designs, and knitting it in the round sounds a lot easier than purling colorwork...
Thank you!! I think you should totally try it. I could have converted it to the round, but I really wanted to give this a try!!!
Confused, don’t we just knit while on circulars?
Well, this pattern is knit flat. Do you have to knit and then turn it around and purl the other side.
