Actually Cl2- ions aur O- ions bhi anode pe jama ho jayenge aur aik strong base NaOH bhi bach jayega glass mai .. Aur baat rahi H+ ion ki wo cathode pe aaye gi ....

hello sir I think it is hygrogen gas and chlorine becuz due to salt

    • @ManochaAcademy

Good question! Even though sodium and chloride ions are present in solution, hydrogen and hydroxide ions get deposited at the electrodes due to electrochemical series. Hydroxide ions release oxygen gas.

It's not correct you can check the products of aqueous Nacl
If you want to increase the conductivity of water ,add a little amount of H2SO4 into it....

I think that is hydrogen and chlorine because you have take brine solution of water

    • @ManochaAcademy

When you take a concentrated solution of sodium chlorine. That is brine.

Water makes the poler pattern of (H+) and (OH-). And salt (Sodium Chloride) breaks down into (Na+) and (Cl-).
