- Hot on the heels from the stuff last week, this week we bring you more of the same! It is game two of round four in our Warhammer Fantasy Battles 8th edition Path to Glory campaign. In this game, the dazed and disoriented Louts of Chaos continue to be bad neighbors in the Chaos Wastes, this time bringing the partying and Khorne worshipping into the path of the Nurgle warband. In the scenario Take and Hold, Sir Osis and his followers want to claim the top of the hill where they can more prominently be a public nuisance, but that's right where their rivals wanted to set up a new upstream garbage heap.
This campaign uses the old sixth edition Path to Glory supplement with the eighth edition rules and army books. Every campaign day will have each of the four members of the gaming group fight the other in a specific scenario, until the last day which will pit everyone against each other in the multiplayer battle.
So with time running low in the campaign, find out if the Louts reverse their fortunes, or will the Nurgle worshippers be king of the hill. And leave a comment below if you have any questions, observations or concerns. - Hry
Always a great game and beautiful armies. Thanks for the solid content.
You are welcome. Glad you liked it.
Those Nurgle Warriors of Chaos did Khorne's work better than his own followers.
What can I say? The Louts’ appetite for depravity often exceeds their aptitude.
Great video!
Thanks. Glad you liked it.
Back at it? Nice! :)
Yep. No rest for the wicked.
Yikes.. dice just did not go your way on this round. A worthwhile crack at it, but ouch… when the dice say no, the dice just say no.
And to add salt to the wound, the Nurgle table being nigh flat better than Khorne’s hurts a lot.
Yeah. In Nurgle’s defense, every power’s mutation table is better than Khorne’s.
Shame the dice didn't go your way, but this game looked a lot more fun than the last one!
It was. There was a lot of maneuvering in and out of line of sight. I think my opponent had the right idea trying to force combat, and I probably should have done the opposite and try to avoid it.
