Chicken, Jerk Seasoning, Scallion, Thyme, Ginger, Garlic, Hot Pepper, Allspice, Cinnamon, Salt & Pepper, White Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Molasses, Ketchup.

Hi ! 😁 Love jerk chicken ! I see a list of ingredients, but I didn't see ketchup on that list. Can you please list everything that you use as well as the quantities ? Thanks so much, and I look forward to more of your cooking videos ! 😁 Oh, there was a dish I had while in Jamaica, and I think it was beans with some kind of rolled white dough cooked with them. The rolled dough pieces were about the size of a finger but not as long. Would you know what that dish is called ?
