Im glad it was done on a grill the proper way…. The Video is too short though. It would have been nice to go thru a few of the other cooking steps.. what type of charcoal, what to do if the flame get too high stuff like that.

This is fire chef. I personally add OJ , ginger , nutmeg. Bake it a lil then grill it keep the marinade and mix with bbq and ketchup for a sauce. Sprits with beer on the grill during cook. 🔥
