Boy, finally somebody who uses their bare hands to massage the seasoning into the meat. No gloves, plastic bags or spoons used. No acting like touching the meat is going to give you an incurable disease, geez 🙄

I love how it’s not marinated for days before it can cook lol. I marinate on the day unless I’m making oxtail or curry mutton, trust me if it’s seasoned proper, it’ll taste nice!
I absolutely love marinating my meat at least two days before,that taste is heavenly.

Love mommy!! Just fried up a batch using mommies recipe and she secret baking powder added to the flour!! Turned out nice and crispy! Made the gravy almost the same way. Didn't have any fresh thyme so I used dried thyme leaves. Didn't have any scallion....just used yellow onions. Added some pepper sauce cause I didn't have scotch bonnet. Gotta go grocery shopping real soon. Ya see me! 😂 Tell ya mommy she recipes still going strong here in Canada! 💋😋😋😋😛😛😛
@R.H. I am making this today. About to clean my chicken and will be able to marinate chicken for a couple of hours. I have to use dried thyme as well. I will also be using 1 teaspoon of scotch bonnet pepper sauce since I have no fresh scotch peppers. Will post my results
