I used to Drink These and Thought they were Healthy. I WAS So Wrong!

  • Sugar and weight loss is a big topic in the fitness community. If you want to lose weight or make it easier to do so or maintain it is best to not drink your calories. After you drink one of these drinks you tend to be hungry still and the amount of calories per serving is high. A lot of calories in these drinks come from sugar so unless you are doing an ultramarathon where you need the extra calories from sugar via glucose it is not a recipe for success.
    In this video today I go over how much sugar is in one of my favorite juice drinks that I used to have many years ago. If you want juice do green juice at home with a juicer and eat your fruit for the fiber.

      100% and sadly most of Merica’ thinks this is healthy just as I did many moons ago
