Really nice idea! Though I worry I would run out of things to say. I don't speak much, even in my first language. I'll definitely try it out!

It's better to take questions/topics that require long answers, such as describe a picture, retell a story, give your opinion on smt, explain how smt works etc.

4 guys sailing on a big boat, an Arab, an American, a Russian and a Chinese. After about an hour sailing, the american plunges his F!4 plane to the sea. The other three guys are surprised and ask him why he do that and the american replies 'There's plenty of them in my country'. A moment later the arab suddenly throws barrels of oil into the water. The other guys are shocked and come up with a question: Why do u that? The arab answer' "Just relax my friend, trillions barrels of them are free in my hometown. Feeling hilarious of the actions, the russian then grab ruthlessly the body of the chinese and throw him into the sea.
