      -push-ups
      -pull-ups
      -squats
      -chest dips
      When they get easier move to harder variations of those 4

      Get a pair of dumbbells, then go to the "barbarian body" CZcams channel, and then find his dumbbells only videos. They are fantastic, it has really helped me a lot

      FIrst of all: Get a pair of weights. Seondly get a pull up bar and lastly get a yoga mat. Now you can do squats with weights, pushups, pullups, situps, plank drills and so on.

      Core is the most important part for not only in football, but for everything in general life cuz thats what makes your movement and strength better, if u dont have a good core, you prolly cannot lift shopping bags, boxes or anything in general..

      Students live in the gym bro, 6 hours a week of lectures = a LOT of free time!! Try doing a 40 hour working week in a shirt and tie and feeling like going to the gym at 6pm :(
