How can they have an HOA without a board made up of the elected members from the community they live into self govern their development ? Their board members should have had a process for volunteers and them go through a meeting process for homeowners to vote in a board . You can have an elected HOA but it doesn't mean the developer delivers on what was promised -- Ours doesn't even care for the areas he owns, we do, and we are being charged 13M to pay for what he promised and never delivered. Promising and not delivering should be covered under common law fraud.
