    It's really nice to hear a petite female's perspective. The forums about EUCs tend to lean in favor of heavy, fast wheels from predominantly male riders. As a small female rider myself, I'm not sure that what's great for them would work for me although yes, I know some women ride heavier, larger wheels also.

    The near identical looks means I can swap out my old v8 and not have my wife notice I spent money on yet another wheel. Hooray! My two main gripes with the V8 were the small pedals and the relatively low top speed. I hope they will let it hit at least 24mph this time.

    • @Ubeogesh
      @Ubeogesh Před 4 lety +1

      I cannot reach 24 mph (39 kph) even on V10F. Even at full battery it raises pedals at 38 kph.

      @@calebsherman886 actualy at this moment the pre-order for the V8f on the inmotion website seems to be the same price Ewheels has the V8 priced at. Even if it jumps up. Hi, I have dreamed for over years to own an EUC. So know I finally decided to buy my first EUC and ordered a inmotion V8. The price different between a V8 and V8F is 250€ and for my a bot too much to upgrade for a First EUC. I am 41y, 75kg, 1m80 or 5,9ft
    I have a Xiaomi m365 and take it with me when I travel with my camper. I needed a second vehicle and it was another electric step or an EUC.
    Pure of the design I would choose a Ninebot Z16/Z10. First learn how to walk before to run was the filosophy.
    You guys think a V8 is a good choice? Or even for a beginner upgrade to a V8F immediately?

    Thanks for your videos! A question, if I may. I recently bought a V8F as my first EUC. When the wheel is powered on (not in transportation mode), it makes a high-pitched scratchy noise, not very loud but enough to be a bit annoying. It stops when I press the kill-motor button under the handle and starts again when I release. InMotion says this is normal. Is that your experience? I figured it should be silent when not moving, like an electric car or e-scooter. Are other brands of wheels this way? Thanks!

      I wonder if you found the problem with the wheel. I find that if the wheel is stopped in place by some thing and you lean the housing one way or the other the motor is actually trying to move everything but if you center the motor back over the wheel where it supposed to be when it stopped it surprisingly shuts off the motor. If I’m wrong that’s OK I just thought I give a shout out seems nobody else did. I have a V-8 F and just installed a snow tire.

Inmotion have superior assembly quality after i watch many dissasemble videos almost all product on market. I select personaly inmotion i know here is faster and stronger EUC. But i prefer safety and assembly quality.I no want faceplant in 50kmh and crash hard because some mosfet burn and reson is worker use hotglue on heatsink to make his shift easy or bad QC i dont know(this hapend on "anonymous" gotway wheel and price is 2000+ dolars.I no want be tester i want safety and quality over speed/power. V8F be amazing upgrade to city transport and medium trips for everyone included 120Kg people.In EUC market is gold rule always buy fresh pieces with actual firmware revisons because EUC is improved in time exapmle V10F after 5/19 QC pass have newer mainboard and many internal improvments what older pieces dont have.

      @@cephas5902 I own a V8, and drove it about 3500 km in half a year. It's super practical as hell, light weight and super fun to drive. But ,,only,, 30 kmh is just... A little bit to slow for me, especially because I have no car. And the biggest reason is the battery. In Winter, I can't drive anywhere because the range is about 15 km(German winter is sometimes -7°). In Sommer it's ok, but like... Not enough. For comparison: the 16x has about 3-4 times the battery size. Wich has a lot of other benefits like battery life is improved, faster charging and so on.
      And in my opinion, the 16x looks better.
      It's your decision, 1000€ for the V8 or 1600€ for the 16x.
      PS, my weight is about 80-85, and I'm about 1,95 tall, so I have quite some air drag while driving around. The 16x has about 2400 watt I think
