I love how Stella was distrusting of the farrier in the beginning, but then later, she was like, "oh, this guys does my nails! Me likes him." 😂
I was thinking the exact same thing!!
💅🏾
He makes my life better!
I love pedicures too!! She's a lucky little girl. I loved seeing her run.
She remembers he brought her relief, freedom, and happiness. Animals don't forget
You've got to give a significant amount of credit to that farrier! To work for 4 hours to give Stella the freedom. He's truly an artist at his work.
All the credit goes to him.
Agreed. So gentle and kind. People who love animals are my favorite!
That's not really very long, a regular horse on a proper farrier schedule might take an hour, so getting Stella all trimmed and shod in four hours is pretty quick going.

I love how we have managed to exploit all animals for our own pleasure. Food, sport, companionship. FANTASTIC! We are such an amazing species ☠️
Such evil creatures having animals for companionship
I disagree. It's great that we breed animals for companionship, in fact I bought one the other day off some guy, he had loads and it only cost $800. I wasn't too happy about the cages and the smell but I suppose it should be grateful I can give it a good home.
Seeing Stella run around, relieved and happy at the end, did my heart good 🥹🥰
Me too. FREEDOM!
The farrier is a hero. So happy for Stella. She really was flying after the trim
Watching Stella galloping around after getting her hooves trimmed reminds me of FORREST GUMP literally running out of his leg braces as a child. Beautiful to see this pony enjoying her freedom!

I am hijacking this comment to ask all of you... how do we know youtubers aren't abusing these animals, just so they can make a heart warming video about "saving" them? Especially in countries that dont have basic respects for animals.
How do they keep their hoofs from getting like this in the wild??
The folks who rescue animals, birds, reptiles, any species, are heroes! Yes indeed you are! ❤❤❤❤❤
But the folks trying to rescue unborn HUMAN children are nazis 😂😂😂

Не понимаю как можно довести до такого состояния
They shoulnd't need rescuing though. They should be able to survive naturally.
@@Munakas-wq3gpI suspect in the wild they walk on a more varied terrain than a small muddy pen that naturally erodes their hooves.
*Major kudos to that farrier! Spending 4 hours to grant Stella her freedom is commendable. He's undoubtedly an artist in his craft*
You could just see the moment she realized that they didn't hurt her but took all the pain and burden away from her. She immediately changed her demeanor and was so happy. Her whole body just brightened up. I bet she enjoyed every nail trim after that as I'm sure it's one of the best memories she has.
Hello Weaver, how are you doing?
I'm a 64 yr old man who has loved animals my whole life, particularly horses and I am in tears. Bless you for rescuing little Stella and her friends. Getting her the care she desperately needed and bless the patient, caring, wonderful farrier who fixed her hooves. A new life for these precious animals. 🥰

I love how much she loved the farrier. She was so grateful, and probably happy to see him every time he came.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

@@alexanderbrown2717 why are you talking religious nonsense in here
Me too :-D Crying like a grown up woman :-D
Same here 😢.
@@alexanderbrown2717 you obviously don’t know that both the letter and sound “J” existed in no human language on earth until about 600 years ago.
It still does not exist in Hebrew and Never will.
There is also not one single historical record of a Jesus or a Christ dating back 2000 years who was executed for anybody’s sins either.
English only adopted the “J” a little under 300 years ago.
The dishonest translators then removed every single reference of the Hebrew Messiah as well as the Creator - COMPLETELY from Scripture - more than 7000 times.
In the greatest and most grotesque identify theft of all time the dishonest translators replaced the Creator and Hebrew Messiah with foreign new gods called by a common noun (god), the translated Hebrew title Baal (lord) and the Greco Roman saviour (Hesus Krishna who became Iaso Christos, today worshipped as Jesus Christ).
This is the same saviour that Constantine created in the year 325, when He reinvented ancient sun worship as his new state religion.
It is just stupid to believe that the Hebrew Messiah who can NEVER change, sent by the Creator Who can NEVER change, could EVER be called by a pagan Greco Roman name void of any meaning, that starts with a sound and a letter invented 1400 years after His appearance, to a new name that appeared time ever ever 1700 years AFTER His appearance.
This religion was later referred to as Catholicism and thereafter Christianity.
Not ONE prophet, disciple or the Hebrew Messiah EVER identified as Christians.
They NEVER practiced Christianity and NEVER taught Christianity.
They NEVER practiced or taught any Christian dogma -
- they never celebrated or taught celebration of any pagan holidays like Christmas, Easter, birthdays etc etc,
- they NEVER ate unclean,
- they NEVER observed a Sabbath on any other day but the 7th day of the week.
All of them;
- were circumcised,
- observed the Creator’s calender,
- the Creator’s weekly sabbath on the 7th day,
- the Creator’s feasts,
- they ate clean,
- they NEVER received or paid tithes because as per Scripture it never applied to them and never consists of money.
Your intent is good but completely misdirected because you are stuck in the pagan dogma and false doctrines of the pagan religion that you were programmed with, instead of being rooted in Scripture of which you clearly know nothing, because you have never studied it.
If you do not even know the very, very, very basic about the Creator and Messiah, anybody can deceive you.
Scripture repeats over and over that the Creator and Messiah;
- are ONE,
- can NEVER change,
- are Eternal,
- hence ALL of their words, commands and instructions are also Eternal and Unchangeable.
Furthermore, Scripture repeatedly forbids ALL beings to make any changes whatsoever to Scripture.
Because both Messiah and the Creator are Eternal and Unchangeable, whosoever alleges that they could or would EVER change ANYTHING, are liars, and they are calling the Creator and Messiah liars.
Rev 22:18-19
For I witness to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this book:

@@basquat76 sure, but the $300+ every 4-5 weeks for 3 horses isn't something everyone can come up with. Not an excuse but, it isn't free and why things can end up getting this bad (or worse) before someone steps in
Maggie, if you can't afford to take care of your horses hooves you have no business owning a horse.
Those hooves had probably never been trimmed, no excuses, I hope they were charged with animal abuse, cruelty and neglect.
The moral of this story isn't that the elderly couple are bad people, it's that the elderly themselves are often neglected, isolated, and lonely in their old age and usually struggle to take care of themselves. In the same way we don't expect children to be fully functioning, we shouldn't expect that also from elderly folks.

I'm a city girl who has a question for everybody. How do wild horses manage to keep their hooves trimmed? That was wonderful thing you did for Stella. She adapted to the change so quickly too.
Wild horses do not need their hooves trimmed. With the extensive traveling wild horses do, combined with various terrains in their travels, hooves are naturally ground down to a suitable length. They may not look as neat or as smart as a hoof that has been trimmed by a farrier, but they are robust, hard-wearing, and will carry the horse for many miles each day with ease.
Yeah, like Raymond said it's the terrain. A captive horse is not walking around much (especially when it's uncomfortable), and is on soft soil.
Wild horses are constantly moving and wearing their hooves down.
Others have explained it very well; I'll add that this video said the horse was stuck in a pen with only mud so nothing to naturally wear down the hooves at all.
@@raymond19001 Thank you for finally giving me an answer to a question I have asked myself many time before. I have seen wild horses (on video) being chased by helicopters which I thought was very cruel because a lot of them were terrified and were falling and breaking a leg or some were just dying of freight.

I think in the wild they run around enough on harder soil and rock that their hooves naturally wear down. I think the muddy pen was the problem because the ground was too soft.
@Crypto Begin! Agreed to soft of a ground. However, wild horses hoofs do not grow as fast as domestic horses. Even taken from the wild and raised with domestic horses, they will require less hoof care.
