- Curious to know what the neighborhood of Home Park Atlanta is like? Home Park is a convenient neighborhood for those wanting to live near Georgia Tech. While it is not the most fancy of neighborhoods, it offers a unique blend of old 1940 bungalows, early 2000 townhomes, and some newer moderns built within the last 5 years. Home Park is surrounded by many fun areas so getting over to something to do is within minutes away: Midtown, Atlantic Station, and the newer trendy scene in West Midtown. I'll take you on a Home Park Atlanta neighborhood tour so you can see what home styles are like and what exactly the area looks like. You'll find many college students renting out parts of homes in this neighborhood, so this is certainly an area to look into for those seeking a rental income property. If you are moving to Atlanta and want to live near Georgia Tech or perhaps just Midtown Atlanta, Home Park might be an option for you.

Awesome video! Can you do a video of Peachtree Park neighborhood soon?
Hey thanks!! Yes, that should be a quicker one to make since its a tiny neighborhood. Cute area - I've sold a home in that neighborhood before.
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta You're welcome! Yeah I've heard it's a very nice community in the Buckhead section of Atlanta near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza and a lot of other great places.
@@ktm1984yes, it's a cute little community. Only drawback that some may see is that one edge of the community runs up along the Marta line.
Hey! Could you do a video on Brookwood Hills?
Hi! I will work on that for you. Someone else was asking me about that area the other day so I guess it's time to make a video on that one. It won't be posted for a bit, but I'll put it in the queue...expect to see it in probably in a month or so.
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Awesome - thank you!
Atlanta needs way more density.
As house of pain would say 🎶 pack it up, pack it in…🎶
670 for a town home, I don't want to hear another word about how expensive Boston is!
ha! I've got a sister-in-law in Boston and she lives in an OLD townhome about 3 suburbs away and I know what her home is worth. It's insane. Whenever I show a client from Boston a home here, they can't believe the amount of space they get!
I have noticed that the homes in the south are bigger and new for your dollar. However I also had a new construction home and at least up North, newer is not always better. My 1920 home waaaaay better built than my 2009 townhome@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta
@@RedzJackz Yes, it will feel newer here compared to the Boston area. But agree - the construction today is not built the same way they did it in the early 1900's. The wood was stronger and not even the big bad wolf could blow it down.
Yea tell people to live in a crime infested area of Atlanta. People do not live inside Atlanta.
Hey, totally ok if you don't like Atlanta. It's not for everyone. But, I live in Atlanta and enjoy it! Thanks for watching!
