Hi Victor. Love your videos. Very informative! Thank you for making them. Question for you. Moving to GA this week and visited twice in January and last week to look at homes. Trying to gauge traffic. I will be working in Alpharetta and want to know where are the ideal areas to live where traffic won’t be too bad or going against traffic to and from work I’d possible. My hope is no more than 45 minutes each way. Some homes in Alpharetta we liked but they don’t last very long due to multiple offers. Thanks!
