@@AtlantaSuburbanLiving Well everyone still has the feeling that ATL and Georgia is cheaper to live than other places and it's not. With the exception of one or two places that you mentioned it's cost of living is almost equivalent to some mid Atlantic states and it definitely more expensive than the Midwest.
@@bh2155 that’s actually a really good point that I wish more people understood, that the cost of living here is not as low as it used to be, it really has increased a lot in the last few years. However, while it may be equivalent to some mid Atlantic states, Atlanta is a major metropolitan city with an enormous economy that you might not find in those mid Atlantic states.
Alpharetta has amazing parks and access to the greenway for outdoor enthusiasts.

I'm just searching for a best place to move. You video gives me an idea of that small town.
Everyone mentions the downtown and traffic and schools in these videos but nobody goes into stuff I care about. How is the crime? Do the people act "thuggy" for lack of a better word? Will my package get stolen off the porch? Will I have to fight my neighbor because they are blasting music and have a barking Pitbull? I want to live with quiet respectful people.
Will people rent a house in Dallas? A house that will cash flow?
I’m from NYC and I miss the diversity. The only place I get that same diversity is Florida. Miami, Tampa and Orlando. And there is a lot of rude people in GA since I moved and there is really no mixing of cultures here. Everyone is pretty much segregated. A lot of crime as well. The food isn’t the best here either. A lot of fried food and fast food. We are looking at south Florida!

I like Jacksonville because I used to live in Florida, so that sun and semi coastal lifestyle is in my blood. I also like Savannah, it’s similar to Jacksonville but a little less modern.
I’m asking because I’m currently in Seattle and thinking about relocating to Atlanta area but also considering coastal Cities . I have my son and his family coming so I’m concerned about The job market and economic development in those coastal cities . I know Atlanta is thriving from what I hear .
@@alexandriadileonardo3081 Savannah is gorgeous, very southern but with higher crime, and vey high humidity. Worth visiting but having been born here, there are better choices.Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there.
