  • When we can see things as they are, we attain transcendence. That is also to say that we have to let go of our ego and perceptions. In order to do that, we have to first identify when the ego is operating.
In our modern era and digital age, change has become ever more apparent and many people fail to keep up. However there are others who can adapt and thrive. The difference between them is that one is resistant to change due to their egos, whereas the other is aligned with the realities of impermanence.
When we operate from the ego, suffering unconsciously seeps in and our delusion blinds us to the truth of the wonderful life that's manifesting right in front of us. It even results in us giving our energies away without purpose.
In this discourse, DK breaks down how we can arrest the mind of delusion (mara) and dukkha instead of waiting till they blow up in our faces. Unshackling ourselves from the subtle causes of dukkha can turn our lives onto a positive direction right here and now, putting an end to a huge mass of suffering, stress and fear.
