For all people saying that this list is wrong,you are very wrong, many of this songs are classics of rock,progressive and metal and its not because you favorite song or band not are in this list that gives you the authority to say that this list is for noobs.
Good example from the '50s with La Bamba, always racking my brain for stand out basslines fron that decade the are not walking blues riffs. Thanks for the tuning as well. I think this has soved many of my issues learing these songs.

just one critic - you forgot John Entwistle from The Who, who is *arguably* the best rock bassist of all time (especially the song The real me - probably the best rock bass line ever) in both chapters. Maybe you did forget although i can hardly believe you would, and maybe you just don't know him. If you don't, you gotta listen to The real me at least! what he is doing with the bass there is criminal!
Thank you for letting me know this song of The Who, it has a really killer bass line ... and also Keith Moon's drums! If I do chapter 3 it will be there!

@@MattTen yeah...I think that's become my favorite just because of the bass lines. After doing a real good listen and honest evaluation Gene has some pretty good stuff. Detroit Rock City is a great example too!
