In this video i will be installing a Smev 9222 Gas Hob / Sink into my Renault Trafic Camper Conversion.
I bought this as a kit from High Peak Conversions at a cost of £359.50

Gas Canister (threaded):
Available Widely online, you dont have to use the same as i got, you can use the small blue ones, infact any that are threaded, but one i got was from Toolstation:

Just found your channel, I'm converting a van as well, be careful with the hob and sink, any cooking fat/oil can cover the back of your drivers seat unless you put some form of splash board between the hob and the seat. Excellent job though and you have been very helpful with the tips, cheers.

Did you use the copper pipe?
No buddy just the compression fitting and gas hose straight onto the pipe that comes from the gas hob.
Also used a small amount of gas PTFE tape.
(Careful not to use water type PTFE ). Have it going in to be checked for leaks by a gas engineer as well soon, better to be safe than sorry. 👍
You have no idea of gas regs, what so ever.
Haven't a clue ... I'm a complete novice as I've said many times before. Hence it will go to a certified gas installer for a check before it gets used. Have a great day! 👍
