Awesome modded Dover SPF traction scenic elevators at the Boush Street Garage in Norfolk VA

(📹 5/1/2024) These are some modded Dover elevators at the Boush Street Garage in Norfolk VA. These have Innovation fixtures and MCE controllers. These have two sided views and they are quite awesome. The view of the battleships/aircraft carriers are quite awesome too since there's a shipbuilding yard on the other side of the river. Nice counterweight view too on both cars. Thank god I did a retake of this since my May 2022 video of these were crappy. There's also a Thyssenkrupp modded high hydro here too that I'll post eventually.
