Top 3 moment on this series. It's like Grogu never even saw the helmet , but he just needed to see the eyes of the man that meant so much to him before he could leave.
this really shows how much love and respect Grogu has for Din. Grogu really wanted to see Din's face and as a child with the force he could have removed the helmet himself instead he respected Din. Din chose to remove his helmet
Still gets me everytime
Same here I nearly cried 😅, whyyy everytime 😂
🪖🎯
Crying now 😭😭
😢😢😢
@@perezmeister7208 don't you start , you'll set me off again
Din probably has not been touched on his face, and in a loving way, since he became a mandalorian as a child. 😢💜
At least not by another person, yes. He does take care of his own hygiene, so takes the helmet off to wash, shave, brush his hair, but we have different reactions when we touch ourselves to when other people touch us. That touch from Grogu would have been one haran of a feel.
Still amazed by the emotion they managed to portray in Grogu's eyes. The closer they zoom in on scenes, the more life-like his expressions are.
The puppet’s cost notwithstanding (thing costs about a million) it’s the puppeteer behind that have my utmost respect
@@Juanpasaenz I think I saw somewhere it's a team of 4 or 5 puppeteers. One just for the eye expressions, another for head movements, etc
@@Juanpasaenz I think I heard in a video the puppet is about 5 million dollars.
I still cry, everything.. when mando closes his eye is so touching.
And then a ghost of a smile when he opens his eyes...
Love this scene it's beautiful ❤️
“Bye bye, Papa Mando. Miss you I will.” 😢
He would be his son
GOODNESS IM HOWLING 😭😭😭
I don’t think he would speak like Yoda, that’s kinda a Yoda thing since Yaddel didn’t speak like that and even if it was a species thing he is surrounded by people that don’t speak like that around his learning to speak.
Hello, Daddy Pascal!
Yoda is the only one to speak like that if you don’t count N’kata Del’Gormo, his master, who he honors by speaking the way he does.
Makes me cry every time 😭
Sniff sniff
Me too
To think he nearly died at Mandalor just cause he wanted to show his son his face. I think Djarin loved Grogu at first sight and was like, 'huh this is what I was meant to do.' How can people not see the detail in this? X
the way din said “alright its time to go.” broke my heart
Mando was always a reserved guy, though from outside. Grogu opened him up. Lovely bonding.
Baby yoda is the cutest creature on the earth ❤❤😭
An extension to this is the scene when Grogu sees him leaving when he comes to give the Armor to Asohka.
This moment was so perfect Din holding back a smile when Grogu touches his cheek you can tell he doesn't know how to express his emotions since he wouldn't be used to doing so. Bravo daddy
Pedro shows such emotion here!! And talks about how a puppet steals the scene 😂
Still tugs at my heart every time I see this. A great testiment to how well all aspects of this shows products worked. The emotion is literally felt by those of us watching the scene, to one degree or another.
Omg the tiny smile din gets...kills me every damn time! ❤❤
I can just see in Pedro's (Din) eyes how his heart was slowly starting to break here. I cry T_T
I have watched this also hundreds of times and cry every single time. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
The baby loves his papa very much 🥹🥹
He broke the code for Grogu and that really says everything we need to know.
For you I would be an Apostate....
Crying 😭 so sweet and such an emotional moment. I watch the Mandalorian first couple of seasons a lot. Love Din Grogu ❤️
You know he was trying so hard to hold it together *melts to the floor*
that scene make me cry
What an actor.... Pedro was alright too 😉
The BEST.
In Fact: if the character ever permanently takes off his helmet for both Grogu and Bo-Katan (I VERY MUCH HOPE THAT HE DOES), THIS is the ONLY face that I want to see in future Mandalorian Episodes.!
More moments like this please! More father son moments! This is my favorite mandalorian scene.
The bond the attachment ❤ "This is the way."
My 2 year old niece (at the time,15 now) lives in 6 hours away. Her mom brings me lemon cookies from a store down there and I hadn't seen her in maybe 7 to 8 months and she came and sat on my lap, took a cookie and put her hand on my face just like Grogou did when the mask came off. We ate maybe 5 cookies this way. This makes me think of that moment and I tear up every time... ❤️ Hug your loved ones!!
🇦🇿.🥺👋🏻
Everytime I think of them, this always pops in my head, I still cry over this scene
Season 2 was the beginning of a new era for Star Wars
I still can't watch this without tearing up
Im not crying. You’re crying
Onions
I sliced my finger instead of the onions
Its not crying, its watering..
@@MeetTheZonan cmon man i fixed the plumbing
If only he could speak he would have probably be Daddy but u never know ❤️❤️
This scene played on the heart strings.
The way Grogu looked at his entire face like he wanted to memorise every detail 😢❤
I cantt wait for season 3 food that grogu the ways he eats has made me curious but I am so connected to story I love this series and this is the way. actor Pedro Pascal I am a huge fan and this makes me cry every time I see and the scene in boba fett
I cry every time
Grogu nose, omg gosh give me ur node❤❤
He is so adorably cute😢❤❤❤😊
I wish that when Din was being tended to by IG-11, he'd had a bandage on his face similar to Luke in the deleted Hoth scene and when Din and Migs infiltrated the Imperial base he'd been in a ground crewman outfit like Jyn wore in "Rogue One", that way when Grogu sees his face for the first time, we would have seen his face for the first time. It would have been much more impactful.
It's literally impossible not to tear up at this scene.
Grogu is so cute❤❤❤❤❤
Only one to touch Mando's face as an adult 😢😢😢
Little Grogu made me cry😢😢😢
I couldn’t stop crying after looking at this
i literally just started this show, and yet I want to cry because I can figure out what the circumstances are here. I shouldn't have spoiled this moment for myself damn
Anyone hear the cooing Grogu made before Mando took his helmet off? It’s like he was trying to say please? That’s way heartwarming. 😊
Grougo is sooo cute
Darn here I again I always cry at this part. Baby yoda is so so so so very much adorable and precious cuteness overload and when Mando looked into Baby yoda eyes with his helmet off farther and son they are.
I am crying just watching this. It is touching my heart.
It is a moment of change for him and he will have a change n his life a new way ✨ 💛
Still so touching... every time I watch this scene...sniff sniff !
thats alot of trust and respect for him to remove his helmet like that 🥺 IM NOT CRYING YOU ARE
Father & Son
Grogo is cute❤
This will forever be the saddest modern Star wars moment. And also the best moment where the Mandalorian reveals his face.
Best Scene in movie History...
I have seen this almost 100 times and I cry every single time ❤❤❤❤
Grogu is the most adorable little bundle of joy 🤩🥹🥺
Dude I cried like a fricking baby when I saw that part
It is absolutely beautiful..
Has to be one of my favorite scenes in the show❤️❤️❤️
Omg eyes and chin grogu omg little nose❤❤
Keeps thinking “dad, I’ll be okay…… see you someday soon”
One of the best scenes!!!
A beautiful partnership on tv history
I keep testing myself can I watch this without tears in my eyes - it is impossible
The saddest moment ever
Oh, man, now I'm crying again.....
Then Disney screwed it up by having them reunited in another series so S3 had them together again.
Yeah they should have had the reunion in season 3. I was so confused watching S2 then S3 almost til the end until I found out there were like 2 episodes of Mandalorian in book of Boba Fett. I wish we got to see more episodes with grogu training with Luke and Mando missing Grogu
its so emotional
AAAAA I MISS THEM 😭😭
When you finally show your bae who u really are and she accepts it lovingly😢
This is real love !!!
Luke knew he didnt want to be jedi, its safer to be a mando
OMGGGGG HE IS SOOO CUTE!
This is when grown men cryed
I Love Gorgu. It's a touching moment ❤❤❤
YOU DON'T TAKE A SON AWAY FROM HIS FATHER. AAAA MY HEARTTTT
The scene 🎬 where it made everyone cry 😭
Still makes me cry...no words needed...tender,loving,touching...
Im not crying! There is just something in my eye
You vs an almost hear Grogu say I love you dad! I’m still not crying you are!
This is the cutest thing I've ever seen before adorable
So very touching.
Gets me every time 🥹
It says so.much how amazing that puppet is when he gets you with moments like this. He's so sweet and feels so real.
And it shows just what Grogu means to Dun that he'd remove his helmet. Beautiful moment that gets me everytime
One of my favorites movie
I started crying when i realized he was taking off his helmet 😢
"Blacksmith out of no where*
" you failed the test and removed your helmet . You are no longer mandalorian ,be gone "
I was bawling my eyes out during this scene
Their bond is so special 💗
Sooooooo cuttttteeeee
So sweet 😢
I’m actually gonna cry rn I love him SO MUCH
Aaaw so cute 😭🫀
THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE A DAD, IN A GOOD DAY
Sooooo cute
Crying my eyes out
This was the moment I bought into this show tnh.
Such a wise choice to use a puppet rather than cgi. It really gives the actors something to relate to.
