As well as that she's able to see beyond the creed she personally adheres to to the needs of her people, she asks Bo respect her station even as she asks her to commit what is effectively blasphemy to her own creed so she can be all things to all Mandalorians.

I believe the armourer knew Bo Katan from Death Watch. If you notice when she first visited the covert the armourer didn't ask her name. Also in this scene she says twice "all must walk the way" meaning an adapted version of the old militaristic tradition that Death Watch fought for.

The only thing I think would make this scene better... was if the Armorer removed her own helmet and showed Bo-Katan her face (whether we, the audience, see it or not). It would have been a gesture of trust and respect, a willingness to meet another half-way, to make a compromise instead of adhering to a rigid tradition
The Way demands one never reveal their face even to another who walks The Way. I can understand and even respect the significance of this custom, but it can also be a divide, however small or subtle it may seem.
The Armorer acknowledged Bo-Katan as a Mandalorian who has walked both worlds, of Mandalorians who stopped following The Way and those who still do, and yet she permitted Bo-Katan to walk amongst their people w/o her helmet. Whether she believes Bo-Katana actually saw a living Mythosaur (which she did) or just in a vision, the Armorer stated it was a sign to unite all Mandalorians
    And they did.
The Mandalorians regained their homeworld, they have begun a new chapter in their culture and civilization... and perhaps will undergo a change. Of what? I have no idea ^_^

I know I'm 9 months late ta say this, but I feel like this scene would've been more impactful for Bo Katan and us if The Armorer also removed her helmet not long after Katan did. Please don't get me wrong, this is a *BEAUTIFUL* scene and very impactful, the fact that The Armorer asked Bo Katan to remove her helmet alone is a big step forward for the future of The Mandalorians and Mandalor. . but I just can't shake the feeling that if The Armorer also removed her helmet would've made it more meaningful. . it's hard to explain.

@@tommyfox854 I respect your idea, is the 3rd Mando season turn out to be a bait and switch. And not just that, but placed Din Djarin as an incompetent Mando which had lost to many fans ( me included). So it's a Bo-Katan show instead of Din Djarin.

    • @tommyfox854

@@beskarman38 Ah, I see. . hmm, that is rather interesting. While I will admit I never watched the show cause I don't have any streaming platforms at all for several reasons, I do like ta watch clips and episode reviews of the show cause, well, it's fun ta watch, and if I remember correctly (which is a big if cause I don't have the best memory reliability record and I'm also very tired right now). . . yeah, you're right, Bo-Katan has pretty much took the spotlight from Din, but I wouldn't say Din Djarin is an incompetent Mando now, he still kicks ass, but now that ass is now near Mandalorian in terms of combat effectiveness and/or weapons-n-armor. I mean even a large group of Mandos were having a lot of trouble killing a bunch of pirates, so it ain't like it's just Din who got nerfed in season 3. =P
But, anyways, thanks for bringing that to my attention, I wasn't aware of the serious backlash Season 3 got (though I will admit the actual end of Season 3 did indeed feel like an end to the show as a whole; I mean Hell, they even zoomed in on Grogu playing with a frog for the final shot, decades of TV shows has pretty much established that kind of a final shot as the end, so that didn't help), I'll keep that in mind.

@@tommyfox854 And I deeply appreciated about your comment. I've been a long time Mando fan way before Disney decided to bring into the mandolorian culture. Those Mandos from the show are supposed to be military like trained nomadic commandos. Mandalorians supposed to be more high tech than average imperial ones as well as martial arts, survival training, artillery and weaponry. And yet Disney Mando are easily beaten by pirates which in actual Lucas' Star Wars, this is only child skirmish. I was a bit of disgust that other mandos are easily beaten. Mandos are really, really hard to kill.

I’m tired of how much Bo-Katan is written to be the big hero of this Mandalorian storyline when it was her and death watch that brought Maul to Mandalore. That threw it into a war, which she blames everyone else but herself for.
She blames and mocks the creed, but now she’s respectful of them and they see her as a hero.
Mando rightly claims the dark saber, but then tells some story and then all of Bo’s lackies decide to follow her again.
