No, McGregor’s not pulling out. If they deleted the other promotional videos, that means there’s a contractual issue where McGregor was supposed to get a certain cut for promoting the fight, and there’s a disagreement about those terms. Does not mean the fight’s off.

Alan Jouban is a perfect example of why ref's exist inside the cage. They have too much ego to quit and some will risk permanent damage to themselves. Michel's arm was broken, he was unable to properly defend himself and would of only gotten hurt further + risked permanently damaging his arm by having the ref not stop the fight. Great recognition and stoppage from Herb Dean and the post from Alan clearly shows the poor mindset some have.

Idk, if I was a trained fighter who just went thru a grueling couple of months dedicating my life to this one fight coming up, and in the fight I was up prior to the sub being locked in, and I myself was already in the mindset of pushing thru, I’d be pretty pissed off a ref decided for me enough was enough. That being said I have so much respect for Herb an Big John, that maybe I’m wrong.
