    The second sharpening method if you didn't get it the first listen like me :) :
    -New Layer - PC (Ctrl + Shift + N)
    -Stamp visible - Command-Option-Shift-E (PC: Ctrl-Alt-Shift-E).
    -Disaturate - Shift-Command U (PC: Shift-Ctrl-U)
    -Easy to follow from here
    Great Tutorial, Thanks!

      ***** A quick responce, fantastic! :)
      Now that you ask about a couple of suggestions I do have some. I'm not sure if some of them have been done already since I haven't had the time to see through all of the tutorials on phlearn.com, so I will just write a couple down below.
      - Different variations on ways to remove the background from a talent (both with a single and multicolored background).
      - Advanced color correction tutorial. My guess is that you have probably already done a color correction tutorial, if so just ignore this and ill find it on your channel when I get the time ;)
      - How to create and use guidelines that can be turned on/off for Photoshop layout design projects.
      - How to set up a keyboard shortcut for changing the size and edge blurryness of the brush tool.
      (this one is more of a technical question and might be a bit silly to do a complete tutorial on, but I just havent been able to figure it out after searching for it online).
      Maybe there are other shortcuts you use a lot that needs to be set up first which would be good to know? :)
      - And here is another silly one but I just cant seem to find an answer anywhere online... How to find the "temp" folder on the PC/Mac so we can empty it, or maybe there is a way to empty it from within Photoshop?. It seems after a while it starts to take up a lot of space.

    • @juliawein
      @juliawein Před 9 lety

      Charmefis , Maybe, I could help you with 4 question. To change the brush size you need to hold Ctrl+Alt (in Mac - Option) in active Brush Tool mode, click and drag from the left to the right = this action will increase the size. If you move from the roght to the left = it will make a brush size smaller.
      To increase and decrease the hardness of the brush you need to drag the cursor up and down, holding Ctrl+Alt in Brush Tool mode.
      But I have a problem in PhotoshopCC, these shortcuts are inactive in it.

    Amazing! Aaron hits another home run, out of the park, maybe smashing a windshield. I *always* learn something about imagecraft, very often more than I set out to learn.
    I really appreciate how focused on education these videos are. There are a billion Photoshop "tutorials" put out by people who have not the slightest interest in, or talent for, actually *sharing* insight and technique. Aaron is the most shining exception to this I've found. Not only does he have a clear and deep understanding of artistic and mechanical technique, but he's extraordinarily good at imparting this knowledge to his audience in an accessible and friendly way. THANK YOU, AARON!

    Your videos are fantastic! You articulate well, you explain what you're doing and why you're doing it, the video quality is super clear and I love how you occasionally stop (and jump back to the frame of yourself) to clarify your point - it keeps it all interesting and is much easier to pay attention to. :)

    • @AdiAbhizPapa
      @AdiAbhizPapa Před 10 lety +1

      I don't think optometrist is the correct term either. Ophthalmologist is the one who is the eye doctor. Optometrist actually tests your eyes for weakness of sight and prescribes eye-wear.
