To all the folks saying this is NOT cardiac arrest, you are correct, because as we can see the "Fake patient" has a BP. You can in fact be pulseless and have sinus tachycardia or other rhythm on the monitor!
@@randomperson1408 Still have a pulse wave in ABP and good pleth in SpO2, and etCO2 is high. This is not PEA arrest. Now, this is certainly a person who needs intervention, but not someone who requires CPR yet.
It is not yet Arrest but soon and possibly difficult to revive. I'm seriously worry of the etCO2, HR & BP. Is manikin under general anaesthesia? perspire ++ & feverish?. We need another anaesthesia machine with new circuit, rapid cooling & Dantrolene.
U guys realise ur heart doesn’t just stop when u have cardiac arrest- in most cases it’s an extremely irregular rhythm that can’t push the blood through the body properly and u can die from that.
A heart attack with cardiac arrest doesn't equal V-Tach. V- Tach is an issue with the electrical conductuction of the ventricles and a heart attack is a blocked artery causing heart muscle to die. Cardiac arrest is not equivalent to heart attacks
Bless your soul. I’m currently in the hospital with a steady heart rate that never goes below 120. Some time ago I had multiple nights where I was sleeping and it was hovering around 150-160. The highest heart rate I have ever had was 5 weeks ago, when it was a whopping 235.
@@moonlover5544 Cardiac Arrest means there is no pulse, on this specific monitor, there is pulse. Arrhythmia means a rhythm other than sinus rhythm, sinus tachycardia is not an arrhythmia but VT is an arrhythmia, educate yourself.

You are measuring ABP, so you definitely say that ur on PEA by only lookin monitor
@Jimmy S No, i see my part 2, they will make CPR.
Then the monitor is garbage 🗑 🙄
@@SUGAR_XYLER You say: "Then the monitor is garbage". And you stay in sun here you will die.

This is sinus tachycardia with PVCs, not cardiac arrest. Unless the patient didn't have a pulse which would make it PEA?
If it was PEA the art line and SPO2 waveform would both be flat
That’s true
Its AF
@@hyperghoul no it's not, there are P waves. This is Sinus with PACs, NOT PVCs
This is not cardiac arrest it’s Sinus Tach
False it’s afib with rvr
@Mattblox You’re right it isn’t cardiac arrest but it isn’t Sinus Tachycardia either. It is actually Atrial Fibrillation.
It’s not there are clear p waves
@@ricefarmer_1152 you both need an ECG to confirm either!
It’s Afib with RVR
No it's called "sinus tachycardia with RVR"
This is not cardiac arrest (including VF/VT or PEA). You can tell by end tidal CO2 tracing
Ummmm, okay so they. are in cardiac arrest WITH A BP???? That's sure confusing!
This was NOT a Cardiac arrest. The video was too short, and at no period in this video was the patient in Cardiac Arrest. Misleading video!
Not sinus tach or cardiac arrest it's AFib
This is a sinus Tachycardia but ok..
100 beats per minute
This is not a cardiac arrest and how is it possible to have a bp during a cardiac arrest
How do I download that
You cant

bro that’s A-fib💀
lol frrrr
dumbass duh it's afib with RVR

Actually, this is not Cardiac Arrest or Sinus Tach either. This is Atrial Fibrillation.
What branding is that monitor
Laerdal
It's a simulation
When BP Drops To 65/22 It Is Now A Heart Attack+Cardiac Arrest (V-Tach)
If BP Drops To 20/10 That's V-Fib
Not even close. VT and VF are electrical rhythms, not determined by BP.
A heart attack with cardiac arrest doesn't equal V-Tach.
V- Tach is an issue with the electrical conductuction of the ventricles and a heart attack is a blocked artery causing heart muscle to die. Cardiac arrest is not equivalent to heart attacks
I think it’s atrial fibrillation
Is not cardiac arrest is sinus tachycardia
First of all that’s Afib with RVR.
He’s gonna code
That's a sinus tachycardia
I was in tachycardia
@@jasonpalso262 I was in super v tach
OK it not a cardiac it a Tachycardia
Yep

This is sinus tach
thats not cardiac arrest

@@thepikapalate9697 same, I had to wear a holter monitor for a month. It's sustained v tach.
this is an arrhythmia not cardiac arrest
Arrythmia is Cardiac Arrest you stupid. This is a Tachycardia.
