The news media will have you think that Michael Cohen is on trial like his name was on all those checks.
Cohen is the only link to criminal falsification and his credibility is shot after today. So at this point is there a crime as charged that actually happened beyond a reasonable doubt? I have read the transcript and the DA is trying to connect dots but now that the defense is showing more dots, it changes the lines. DA lines don't match when you have all the text and paper trail.

Years ago, I was selected to serve as a juror on a defendant's criminal illegal firearm case, and several other charges and jurors were instructed by the presiding judge "to not talk to the media until after the verdict was reached." We were instructed with consequences to face.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't convict in this trial and it'll be because of Cohen reliability and trust-ability. A jury will have to look past Cohen in that regard and decide what's on paper evidence can stand on its own and corroboration of others/evidence.

If you thought for yourself you would realize first of all that illegal immigrants don't vote, so they can't sway any election. Face the fact that the Republicans are guiltier than anyone of fiddling around with Congressional districts so they can win more seats in Congress. Gerrymandering for decades so that minorities have virtually no voice in Congress. The census is not about votes. It is about distributing basic services, everything from schools and hospitals to police forces.

not defending Cohen, But the fact that the Judge that oversaw and reviewed his plea deal wasn't questioning why he was the only one in a conspiracy crime being charged is really bad. He has every reason to be mad at that judge and how that went down. IF you're in a group prosecution, and you wind up being the only person charged, and the judge never asked why is this case in front of me vs a dozen others, then you would be equally or more upset.

It doesn't matter what his motivation is, it matters what the truth is. So it's all the testimony and documentation vs getting one juror to believe Trump is innocent.
