So happy you got cork asalato and are practicing a lot!
Spoons require less practice ;) I recommend using teaspoons, they're quieter and also easier at first

ooh that's what I need, the bigger tea spoons. big dinner spoons are for big man hands, I just don't have thick enough fingers.
