P S R in Reduced mode, motor will not run on rate/greater speed, max it will run 5-10% but on Standard mode, drive will make the motor run up to rated speed. It is preferred to do ID Run @ Reduced/Standstill mode.
There are 3 modes to perform ID run in different possible conditions. Standard, Reduced, ID MAGN (ID Magnetization), If the motor is decoupled from load and with empty shaft you can perform Standard, In standard ID Run the motor is accelerated and decelerated multiple times with shorter ramp time, this is most accurate way of measuring the motor characteristics, If the motor is coupled with light load where the load can be driven by the motor but smoothly, you can use reduced option, this option does accelerate and decelerate the motor slowly so that the mechanical load is safe. Accuracy is also better than the 3rd option. If any chance the motor cannot be rotated due to mechanical load limitation then, you can use Standstill option, in which 3 phase current are measured by feeding DC voltage and motor does not rotate, accuracy is not good as Standard and Reduced mode, but it is ok to run most of the applications like pump, fan, compressor, etc Well the accuracy I mentioned here is not so important for you, If the application is very demanding and dynamic (for example cold rolling mill, crane hoist, conveyor, some compressors,etc..) then standard ID RUN is mandatory
As per manual when i select ID mag that time motor not rotal also brake not open , but when i select ID Mag brake open , why .....please give me a feedback.
We have two acs 800 drives but in perameter 33.01 software version of drives is different,so is it possible to use one drive hmi to other,?when i want to upload perameter to 1st drive by using 2nd drive hmi it gives uploading failed and 1st drive hmi connect in 2nd drive it gives communication fault 7510,what can be reason,please give me solution,thanks
The HMI for all ACS800 is same but of the drive has different software version or different software type then, you cannot use upload and download function using HMI, Instead manually enter the parameters

I found the solution... Shorting wires were not plugged near the Rashi card on main RINT board
the motor should be uncoupled in the load side prior to ID run.
Not required, there are different modes for doing id run.

No brother. It will show error. Same version is must for uploading or downloading program
