I have to to perform Motor ID on ACS2000 but I cant find parameters for motor nameplate data, as if they dont exist in parameter group 99. Can you help?

Hello. We have a problem. The RDCU-12C board has failed. We replaced the board with a new one but lost all the settings. ASXR360 board firmware. Drive ACS800-07LC1370-C. Can you help us with the settings?

I connected the RS485 instead of the display on the ACS800 which then connects to the NPCU-01 RS-485 to RS-232 adaptor and then from serial to USB, I have the correct com port but I can’t establish any communication?
You need only NPCU-01 connect through by USB. Must be installed cable driver.
