In this episode we explore two massive industrial sites in France which are still in a good condition.
They closed because of the declining steel production in Western Europe.

I think 39:29 is the money shot of this episode - such cool decay, with the rusted iron, the green plants taking it back over and the flooded pit. Very post-apocalyptic. It is always very strange to stand in these places, where once loud machines made very loud noises, and here nothing but silence.
Totally agreed
yup - great shot. also liked all the drone video - really spectacular!!
great to see Eelco back; he’s so funny 😆 this was a great video Bob, thank you!
It hurts to see all the good spare parts and tools forgotten.
It's really a shame that factories like this won't action this stuff for giving it a new life.
Absolutely awesome, I always want to see more of your videos
Thanks ! Spread the word🤗
It must felt so good...
You guys know how to enjoy life....
Amazing atmosphere and the most important the spontaneous of your way guys!
Omg what were we thinking!!! These massive industrial waist lands of steel and rust! Now just a place to explore with wonder!
Thanks guys! I really enjoy these videos. And in English too!
Awesome as always
So good! Thanks for sharing these amazing locations! Safe travels😊
Brilliant video as always! Thankyou for doing what you do. You bring us into your urbex world, and i love every single minute. 😁
Another great video!!
Awesome explores !
Love industrial derelicts.
Amazing place. Thanks!!!!
Love these vids , I used to work in such places in U.K. , fabricating, servicing and dismantling.....brings back good memories 👍
Excellent video! Well done guys.
Toffe video weer! Mooi gemaakt. Leuk om Eelko ook weer eens van de partij te zien. Weinig vandalisme gelukkig. Tot de volgende video!
Great video edit and explore i love these places.
Imagine all the history of these places. All the people that worked there for years and years. All the good times and bad times. And now everything has come to an end. An end for eternity.
Not if we stand up as western allies against Chinese manufacturing
Niet om te klagen, maar het mag wel een beetje minder met de reclames. 👀
@@kaziwill Not really. I'm not saying it's the case for this foundry, but it can be cheaper to build new manufacturing facilities than to upgrade older ones, especially when it's connected to foundry operations, which are prohibitively expensive to operate and maintain.
Amazing video thanks
Thank you guys for doing this! It's a shame to see such massive and expensive facility just left to rot. But on the other hand it's a giant work of art, showcasing thousands of hours of work b skilled craftsmen and engineers!
It is.. and sadly dissappearing fast😕
Eelco is back!!
Yes😄 Hopefully also in some other future episodes
😇
Very interesting explore. i spent part of my apprenticeship in a sinter plant in the late 70's, so this brings back memories
Hi Bob. Great exploration on some huge abandoned ore processing plants. Surely there's a lot of stories behind these plants isn't it? The finale, the pouring rains did added up to the sombre atmosphere as well but one thing for sure is that it really worth to dirty those pants of yours with the visit. Till then, take care!
Vette video weer! Groeten uit Schinnen
Such good videos
Keep it up
Lux video
What an absolutely amazing location. I have never seen such a full warehouse in an abandoned place before. Those electric engines were insane! I wonder how much horse power the largest made. The inclusion of clips and photos from locations you previously explored add to the immersion. Thanks for that. Any idea what the huge, turbine blade looking things are outside of the buildings with conveyors and chutes running to them are?
Cool vid guys! Ziet er echt lijp uit daar
Thanks! Leuk om rond te lopen ja☺️
Your new mics are great.
Echt een vette deze, wow
Eelco! Woooooo
Hi really enjoying the content of your channel. Can you consider exploring the ship stuck at the north cost of Bulgarian Black Sea-Vera Su?
Thanks for the tip Dimitar. We’ll check it out when we go to Bulgaria :) We will aso post another shipwreck soon

Good content
Check some newer episodes ! Very cool too🤩
nice sinterplnts!
The perfect film-set for the next ALIEN movie.
I just watched several of you're videos and too bad you didn't visit Indonesia when you were in Southeast Asia.
There's this huge abandoned and haunted sport complex called HAMBALANG that were the very symbol of corruption of the highest level in the country.
The HAMBALANG corruption scandal brings down the Demokrat party and the presidency of SBY.
Almost everyone in Indonesia knows about the massive scandal and it's aftermath.
Exploring the abandoned sport complex would definitely be an interesting journey and not to mention the vista from the complex is stunning during clear days.
The fallout player in me is geeking out a bit.
Min 38 and before: I think those are roller mills. Used to grind the ore to a defined grain size.
Could also be rotary furnaces, but I think they are mills.
You should find loads of steel balls and/or rods in their vicinity.
Also: Incandescent lamp, especially signal ones with special connectors, are worth a fortune 😉
👍👍👍
Witam Serdecznie bardzo duży obiekt kiedyś było gwarno tu hałas na pewno duży a teraz spokój i cisza i zieleń w koło Teraz albo rozkradane albo dewastacja Pozdrawiam Serdecznie Całą Ekipę i Dziękuję za eksploracje ciekawą i olbrzymią ❤️❤️❤️❤️🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱♥️♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍👍💐💐💐💐💐💐
Go in loznica, serbia to explore the “viskoza” the 10 ha abandoned factory of papers, bags, artificial silks and plastics. The factory was closed 2004 and 12 000 workers was fierd. 2012 the chemical warehouses of the factory was burned. That was bigest abandoned place in serbia.
Hello explorers!!!!
Hi 😁😁
The noise in therewhen it was working flat out must of been massive I would think that's why it's out in the countryside
I'm surprised they didn't put a jump scare at 3:21(when they open up the furnace door) or 3:25(when they looked inside the furnace) just to show some Halloween spirit.
I would be so scared to be there alone
Meu inglês muito limitado. Sou muito fã do tema e gostaria de adquirir o livros de.voces.O livro foi editado para o Brasil? 😁
1:04 look out for TIE fighters
Did you ever encountered copper thieves in a building? How did you guys react?
Yes, mostly they're nice but some groups can be really dangerous and attack you. We often met some at the HFB blast furnace mentioned in the video and gave them some food and a beer :)
This is sinner plant :) I've worked in similar plant
Ah nice! What did you do there?

Why has no one claimed salvage rights on the building and contents
Guess all this will be torn down soon….
What were thos factories ?
I tell it in the episode😁 it’s a sinter plant where materials where prepared for blast furnaces
Locatie?
Kan iemand mij op weg helpen om zulke locaties te vinden? Het lukt me gewoon echt niet... Alleen HFB kunnen vinden paar jaar terug. En nu al zo lang droog...

They explored the world while u typed that comment
Haha!
Improve your lighting, it's dark for us to see the details
Uhm, at which timestamp? We have 300$ flashlights so portable it doesn’t get better unless we carry big industrial lights.

Não entendo porquê abandonam uma fábrica de milhões de dólares
All about profit& money
chicos cuando mas lugares militares ? la fabricas aburren, son todas iguales
Essa dever ser a ruinas da corrupção 😂
That fake ass camera 😂
I will dislike of any creator that has its hand out for money. why do you not, just do, what you do for the love of it?
It’s sad to see that again you take the first possibility to release stuff that still could have been visited by other scene explorers. Now with all the attention from your community, also the wrong people will get there, security raise and a place that has been doable for months is gone. Very sad man as your videos are really good!
How do people just find it with this video?
@E Ner hoe mensen op basis van deze video zo makkelijk de locatie zouden vinden.
@E Ner Saying that people who dont share all locations are bad is a bit of an easy statement. If all locations would be available on the internet they will be crowded like disneyland within days having urbexers, tourists and cooper thiefs there. I am sure you can guess how many days this place will be available for urbex before security will take over? Therefore it is important to keep locations away from certain people - not everybody...
tbh this one is already Disneyland, I live not so far away and it's quite visited. There are a lot of easier entries than the one they used in the video.
